NOT PRESTIGE! Size (large) and quality was not quality or value. Delivery by Royal mail is not prestige. Poor online quality business with polished website.

Terrible shop with terrible service. I ordered a bouquet with delivery the next day to give it to a friend for her birthday, and received my order in 4 days all in mould and with rotten flowers. Castomer service was rude and did not help me, only proved to me that they do not bear any responsibility for the delivery. Seriously a flower shop is not responsible for the delivery of flowers? That sounds like complete nonsense. I spent 4 days finding out what was wrong with my order and proving that the flowers for these 4 days have already rotted, and at the end I was still offered to get a new bouquet. Sounds like a joke. I'm not talking about the fact that the size and quality of the bouquet did not correspond to what was on the site. Terrible shop, I do not recommend it to anyone. I was under the impression from the site that delivery would be before 2pm but only after ordering did I discover it was by Royal Mail and could be up to 7.30pm. I couldn't believe the poor quality and small size of the bouquet that I paid extra for a 'medium' size. Foliage looked like it had been picked out of the bin and some of the flowers were definitely not fresh. I complained but just got generic cut and pasted replies on 'how to care for your roses', and no specific answers to questions or complaints. Will NOT order from these again (better off going to Asda/Morrisons/Tesco and getting better quality for less money!).

I sent flowers to my friend that didn’t arrive next day but 2 days after I ordered. The flowers came absolutely disgusting, they were nothing like what I ordered. I contacted haute flowers sent pictures of what arrived and what I was supposed to get their florist manager said new bouquet to be sent out this was a Thursday new flowers to be sent Saturday and they didn’t arrive . Nobody has a clue in customer service I have had emails addressing me by the wrong name, a generic message about islands and hard to get to places . I have sent and received flowers in the past with no issues I have recommended them too not any more after this absolutely disgusted.

Will not order again. Despite being ordered a week early, flowers did not arrive on the day ordered. It was a really important day in our family and really disappointing

Flowers for £40 ordered on 30/9 for delivery to Putney on 1/10. Royal Mail Putney emailed that flowers out for delivery that day. Nothing arrived. Complained. Was asked to confirm delivery address! Was emailed on 2/10 that flowers were out for delivery. On 3/10 was offered £10 credit against future orders and told delivery dates not guaranteed. Flowers in tatty condition finally arrived late 3/10. Asked to send photos which I did. Got response that their system didn’t allow for multiple photos and would I send one at a time. I complied. Then got offer again of £10 credit as accepted there was a “slight quality issue”. Refused offer as totally inadequate. Then asked four another photo showing flowers arranged in vase. Gave up. Shocking service. Issue not so much late delivery,but because of late delivery quality of flowers and only offer a credit against future order. Why would anyone order again from such a supplier.

AWFUL. Did not deliver the flowers on my moms birthday though I paid extra to be delivered the next day. My mom was traveling and left the hotel in which she would have received the flowers. Meaning she didn’t get them at all. Asked for a refund and they just told me “sorry. The delivery date doesn’t actually mean the delivery date.” SERIOUSLY? You are a flower delivery service. I would imagine most flowers are intended for a specific date event. Refused any compensation.

Absolutely appalling service and attitude. I ordered some flowers for my friend's birthday using delivery next day. When I checked what time they would be delivered, I was told they were unable to check as the tracking link was not working. They refused to tell me when the flowers would be delivered, if at all. When I asked for a refund as my friend hadn't received them on her birthday, they refused. The flowers were eventually delivered. To the wrong person

Really poor and be aware that their delivery promise is not what it appears. Stated on their website - Order by 10pm for next day delivery. They send flowers by Royal Mail and only provide a guideline on time lines - up to 7.30pm, so if you need a more specific timeline to be achieved and a more certain delivery slot - as usually the case sending flowers! Maybe consider elsewhere. Delivering flowers by Royal Mail at 7.30pm isn't what I had envisaged. Nor did they arrive under their promise as advertised on their website. Order locally with someone who you can speak too would be my advice.

After contacting you regarding first bunch of flowers some had already died and flowers missing on wed page clearly stated image is medium size so I payed for medium I had to double check with the image on your web page to what I got and even counted the flowers as I was sure I did not get medium , even tho I contacted you and you got delivered a second bunch once again half flowers missing half the size of first bunch off flowers for £35 pound I could have gone to a local supper market and got better quality , I really don’t mind spending money on flowers for my mother but for what I got I was and still am disappointed no point contacting you again as you will not do anything any better , I will take my customer else where. God knows why but I am unable to up load any images.

Broken stems on arrival. Bouquet died with 4 days. I emailed with Haute photos, but because I didn’t report a problem within 3 days there’s was nothing they could do other than offer me a £10 voucher! Why I would want £10 of flowers that live 4 days I don’t know??!! Do not recommend.

BUYER BEWARE: This is a postal service whereby your flowers or gift will be sent in the post, delivery by third party's, it is not guaranteed. Mine has been waiting two days already, and still awaiting delivery. I bought a lovely £50.00 flower arrangement thinking Haute was a local florist in Kent to thank and recognise someone for their kindness. Unfortunately, Haute sent it through Royal Mail and Royal mail hasn't delivered it, the moment has passed. Its still not delivered. Not to worry though, Customer service phone line doesn't get answered, while this was the response in Chat. Unfortunately, We are not able to guarantee a delivery date because deliveries are executed by a third party. We do, however, always endeavour to deliver on the date specified. All flowers, apart from hand-delivered products, are dispatched the day prior to the intended delivery date. We use a 24-hour delivery service. Delivery days are 7 days a week with the exception of Bank holidays. Orders made for delivery on a Bank holiday might be delivered the following working day unless otherwise specified. Next day flower deliveries are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD and Post NL. Hampers and larger gift deliveries might take an additional working day in transit. And then, I am sorry that you feel this way. However, this is in our terms and conditions. I am going to look to the bank to recall payment

Still waiting for the flowers after they were dispatched on 2 October. I spent two days following up and asking the recipient to stay home to receive them. Gone a big standard general reply on terms and conditions. Company needs to realise that fresh flowers are time sensitive and people feel Disappointed when not received.

Very upset my daughters flowers turned up 2 days later than suspected. The flowers were a bit brown at the ends, was for my daughters birthday and was ordered in a weeks advance. They were suppose to arrive on Saturday 29th sept but turned up Monday 2 oct. Always had beautiful flowers from here and highly recommended but very disappointed on this occasion.

Item supposed to be delivered today and I paid extra for this to happen yet it hasn’t been delivered. It was for a birthday surprise. Very disappointed with this.

Terrible service. Delivery was dispatched 25/9 and didn’t deliver until 26/9, meaning the shelf life was shortened and the value of the product was decreased. Unhelpful customer service and took no responsibility. Whether it was the fault of the courier or not, you still need to take accountability when providing a service and then take that up with the courier afterwards. I was offered a measly £4 voucher to ‘contribute’ to new flowers. This doesn’t even cover postage so could hardly contribute to future flowers. After the terrible service it also doesn’t incentivise me to become a repeat customer either!

Awful. £60 paid for flowers & next day delivery. 2 days post dispatch via RM 24hr; no flowers and no delivery. Action by Haute delivery partners to resolve amounted to emails instructing confirmation of the provided delivery address then notification if undelivered. Sent both only to recieve a reply quoting T&Cs dismissing liability. Awful. Avoid.

I purchased a bouquet which was not delivered, ( by Royal Mail for Prestige Gifting)although I asked that it be left in the porch of the adress.It was sent back to the depot . I have heard nothing further from "Haute Florist" but have been charged for this. Obviously I am not very happy with this"service and will not recommend others to use them.
