“Hi paid extra for a 8am to 11am delivery , and had guys on site waiting , delivery didn't turn up on time, !”

We have selected our delivery partners based on service levels and keep this under constant review. Your delivery was placed on a timed option and if this was not met we will refund the additional delivery charge you paid. We apologise for any inconvenience experienced.

“I've seen some turf suppliers deliver turf which is below standard. The turf which I had delivered was 1st class. No weeds, no colour discoloration. Will definitely use Turfonline again, If and when i need more turf.”

“driver of delivery said he could not find address, could he not ask? therefore turf on van untill 3 p.m following day in hot weather , so not in best of codition when delivered.”

“Top quality turf. Slight mess up over delivery (1 pallet left in depot) but nevertheless got it out later the same day. Managed to get it down the same day and looking very good so far.”

“Turf arrived on a lorry with no tail lift and no pallet truck. It was under a pallet of boxes squashed and torn. I had to climb in to the lorry and move the pallet myself and carry off 56 rolls of turf with my bare hands.”

“Ordered 50 mtrs of Jubilee turf Tuesday 23 May arrived 2 days later as requested and in the time slot requested. Laid within 7hrs of arriving looks good so far but has only been down 5 days at the time of this review. Only gripe was that one of the rolls was damaged but that could have been the couriers fault. Overall satisfied with the turf and service.”
