“We bought the jubilee range of turf and we laid our turf about 3 weeks back and are very happy with the result. The grass has started to grow well and the lawn looks beautiful and green. Can't wait to walk on it now. Excellent quality.”

“Very easy to use and informative website, decided to lay lawn during the hottest period of June in decades. The lawn was delivered by a really helpful delivery driver. Lawn looks great, despite his hot weather, just needed a lot of watering, especially in the first week. The information leaflet that came with the lawn was really helpful.”

“Laid turf on ground that was rotavated and topsoil put down. Kept watered. Within 2 days it started to go brown and shrunk back leaving gaps. Rung them up. Woman on phone said I shouldn't of bought it as it was so warm and it was my fault. Why sell it then?”

“The turf was fine but the delivery was terrible. My wife asked that it be left on our neighbours drive and the aggressive driver refused. My wife said that we didn't want to risk the turf being stolen if left in the road. His response was to intimidate her by getting into her personal space and tell her "not my problem". So instead he blocked the neighbours drive whilst he unloaded and left it in the road. A very different experience to the clearly misleading scene depicted on the website. If you want turf dropped in the road by an arrogant, aggressive, miserable and intimidating caveman then you won't go wrong here”

“Delivered first thing in the morning so able to get it laid straight away. Its looking good as watering am and pm and is a great dark green colour. It looks so healthy, but could do with some advice on when to cut plus feeding instructions. would love to send a photo, but do not know how to do this. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer. JAT”

“I have to admit turf online didn't make me happy. I know I didn't pay for the very best turf but I didn't think I would get a lawn full of potato plants got them growing all over the lawn as well as weeds. Have to say I wouldn't order again and won't be recommending them to anyone.”

“Turf had quite a few yellow patches on delivery and when questioned I was told it was very dry when it was cut. It certainly did not look like the pictures on TurfOnline. On that note, it was delivered from Turfland who do not have the 'Jubilee' turf so who knows what I received. What I found most disturbing was the number of damaged rolls of turf that should never have been sent. I did try to contact TurfOnline but needless to say reply was never received. I think a partial refund is in order. Will not use again.”

“Ordering was easy and the web site was easy to use. The delivery very good well within the time slot and the driver was very helpful and brought the turf right up my driveway. The turf was very good, the edge of one of the turfs was feathered but it caused me no problems. the others were easy to lay, preparation is the hard part. My problem was the weather it was 25c plus. Most of the grass is nice and green, I do have a brown patch but I think my sprinkler was not positioned correctly. Overall an excellent experience.”
