“Turf arrived on a lorry with no tail lift and no pallet truck. It was under a pallet of boxes squashed and torn. I had to climb in to the lorry and move the pallet myself and carry off 56 rolls of turf with my bare hands.”

“Ordered 50 mtrs of Jubilee turf Tuesday 23 May arrived 2 days later as requested and in the time slot requested. Laid within 7hrs of arriving looks good so far but has only been down 5 days at the time of this review. Only gripe was that one of the rolls was damaged but that could have been the couriers fault. Overall satisfied with the turf and service.”

“The lorry carying the top soil broke down but the delivery was hastily rescheduled for 1st thing next day (Saturday). The turf was excellent and within a week looked like it needed a cut. Would recommend buying your turf from here. Paul S Newbury”

“I specifically put in the delivery notes not to deliver on an arctic lorry, due to living in a small cup de sac. The courier confirmed it was in the notes. However it was delivered on one. The driver reversed down the road and blocked the road to deliver. My neighbours parking on other household driveways when arriving home. The driver was helpful and the turf was of good quality. Just a shame notes are not read and dealt with accordingly.”
