“We are very happy with the service and speed of supply. Unfortunately three rolls arrived bashed so they fell apart easily as we were turfing a bank, but they were still usable for filling in gaps.”

“My gardener said it was the thinnest turf he had ever used, and was concerned it would not be good enough. Due to this he said it was difficult to lay and get level. However as a homeowner it looks good seems to have taken well and I am happy with it. I guess it depends on how much 'hands on' with your turf laying as to if this would be an issue for you. Overall the order process was easy, delivery happened on time and the resulting lawn looks good.”

“Very pleased with the turf, and very happy with the order - arrived on time, in perfect condition. The driver was very efficient and very helpful as access to our house is quite difficult. He did a good job, as they say in the American Mid-West... Would happily use you again.”

“The turf has been down for 1 week now and is coming along quite nicely and will soon need its first cut. However when laying the turf i found a number of them very ragged with thin patches and holes. Also found a large piece of brick in one roll. From a 90 sqm delivery i had to discard at least 10 rolls. As i said im stisfied with the final results but it's a good job i overordered.”

“Customer Service and product were faultless, however, the delivery wasn't smooth sailing! Apparently the driver didn't think he had to deliver the pallet load of turf that day and decided to head back to his yard!”

“Good price, excellent speed of delivery but you guys need to spend a bit more on pallets and wrapping materials as ours arrived broken (or put less turf on more pallets). The delivery drivers pallet truck couldn't lift the pallet because it was bending too much and the mesh couldn't hold the turf together so with the help of the delivery driver we had to unload every roll off one pallet individually which was additional hard work we didn't need before laying it all on the same day. Other than that good service.”

“Quick and great service. Excellent quality of the turf. One star down for delivery ... Next day with no problem but the delivery man was very grumpy no hello or whatsoever, moaning under his nose that they not pay him enough as he had some trouble to get the products of his truck. Recommend to change the delivery company. Otherwise great”

“I still have to check the grass, but there was a problem with the top soil. Although the website mentions that it is among the top 3% of the soil in the country, there will many pieces of bricks, clay, horse manure, plastic in the soil. Not very happy about it. Joseph Tauro”

“Turf arrived on time good quality and good price ,some rolls were cut too thin fell apart when picked up but had allowed for waste so no problem ,just got to wait to see how the lawn turns out .”

“The turf was delivered promptly within the time requested. It was in good condition and was layed within a few hours of delivery. The quality seems very good and the end result looks great. I would use them again.”

“Turf very good only thing was paid for a 12.00 delivery and the turf turned up at 13.30 so what's the point of paying for a 12.00 delivery driver said he got lost on his first delivery .”

Hi Stephen, thank you for your review. We have 3 options for delivery. "Anytime nominated day" cost £12 / Delivery between "8am to 2pm" cost £24 / Delivery between "8am &11am" cost £30. Hope this clears it up. Thanking you, Angela.
