“This was the second time I used turfonline. Good uniform sized turfs, was to roll out and plant. The first batch which I bought in march is looking with uniform growth and lush green grass. The second batch which I planted last week promises to so the same. Delivery drivers very good and patient as it's difficult to find our house.”

“Turf was delivered on time and it was on the whole of good quality it was just 4 pieces of turf which appear to be dead but we are living in hope that they survive. It is still early days but a little disappointed that 4 lengths of turf are dead.”

“The product itself was a very good quality but I paid extra for it to be delivered before 11 am which it wasn't there has been no mention of the money back that I paid for this service even though I did phone them to tell them”

“Good quality turf. Very impressed with price and quality. Only thing to improve would be to offer tracking on delivery as my delivery didn't turn up until 5pm, meaning i could do very little work until the next day.”

“The lawn is still newly laid, so need to see how it is in a month or 2. But the turf looks really good. Well cut. Laid easily. But, the soil ordered with it was not that great. Rather lumpy, which is not what I would expect for solid to lay a flat lawn on.”

“Great service and grass looks nice and fresh. Went down extremely well as we had the ground prepared to a high standard.. My only gripe is that it's died back on nearly all the joints.. it's had its first 1/3 off cut as advised so hoping it'll recover in these parts or I'll have to spend more money on a bag of their seed/soil mix.”

“Calculated the right amount of turf for me and it turned up on time. The turf itself had some minor damage that looked like it may have come from the despatch/delivery process but happy overall.”

“The good thing was that the turf is very fresh. However, there were a few damaged edges, probably due to rude handling during transport. I had to use some patch repair seed and fertilizer to take care of these.”

“Bought a quantity of the Jubilee turf for a new back garden. Beautiful turf - lovely colour and good quality. It went down very well. Extremely pleased with the purchase and a few days on it's looking stunning. HOWEVER, the transport company engaged to deliver this item were a shambolic excuse for an organisation. They were rude, discourteous, totally unhelpful and when an issue arose of their making over the delivery and signing for it washed their hands and abandoned the delivery without signature. It could have been stolen or damaged. The company in question was Anglia Freight based in Eye in Suffolk. If you live in the East Anglia area avoid them at all costs! They have no idea of the meaning of the term customer service.”

“Quality of turf for February good. Only an issue with 2 rolls (out of 51) which were torn and therefore had to be used as an end, which resulted in some wastage. Delivery was as requested and webpage easy to follow.”

“Very pleased with our new turf. Arrived in great condition, was easy to lay and established quickly. We now have a lush, green lawn that was once an overgrown jungle and have also had lots of compliments. The only thing I could fault was the delivery of the turf which was delayed and arrived several hours after I had specified, the lorry driver was also very unfriendly and moaned about his day when I mentioned the delay, turf online did refund me the cost of the timed delivery slot although it took a while and I had to phone twice to get it done, however in spite of all this the finished quality of our new lawn makes up for it and I am overall very happy. I feel the turf itself deserves 5 stars but the delivery and refund issues have let it down so I've knocked off a star I'm afraid.”
