“The good thing was that the turf is very fresh. However, there were a few damaged edges, probably due to rude handling during transport. I had to use some patch repair seed and fertilizer to take care of these.”

“Bought a quantity of the Jubilee turf for a new back garden. Beautiful turf - lovely colour and good quality. It went down very well. Extremely pleased with the purchase and a few days on it's looking stunning. HOWEVER, the transport company engaged to deliver this item were a shambolic excuse for an organisation. They were rude, discourteous, totally unhelpful and when an issue arose of their making over the delivery and signing for it washed their hands and abandoned the delivery without signature. It could have been stolen or damaged. The company in question was Anglia Freight based in Eye in Suffolk. If you live in the East Anglia area avoid them at all costs! They have no idea of the meaning of the term customer service.”

“Quality of turf for February good. Only an issue with 2 rolls (out of 51) which were torn and therefore had to be used as an end, which resulted in some wastage. Delivery was as requested and webpage easy to follow.”

“Very pleased with our new turf. Arrived in great condition, was easy to lay and established quickly. We now have a lush, green lawn that was once an overgrown jungle and have also had lots of compliments. The only thing I could fault was the delivery of the turf which was delayed and arrived several hours after I had specified, the lorry driver was also very unfriendly and moaned about his day when I mentioned the delay, turf online did refund me the cost of the timed delivery slot although it took a while and I had to phone twice to get it done, however in spite of all this the finished quality of our new lawn makes up for it and I am overall very happy. I feel the turf itself deserves 5 stars but the delivery and refund issues have let it down so I've knocked off a star I'm afraid.”

“The only reason I have not given a very good rating is we had some practical delivery issues. However I was offered appropriate compensation for our efforts. The turf itself cannot be faulted, excellent and consistent quality which I was cutting in just over two weeks. I would recommend Turfonline without hesitation, just ensure the transport vehicle can get to your property and unload!”

“Arrived just after 11am having paid extra for it to arrive before 11am and this was surcharge refunded without asking. The delivery driver was apologetic, very polite and helpful. When chasing the delivery up, the customer services team were effective. The product itself is pretty good. A few of the turfs were too thin in places so having levelled the soil perfectly, the surface will be a little uneven in places. Some of the turfs had quite contrasting grass types so I would imagine the lawn will have a few patches in some areas but overall it's looking good and seems to be taking well. Not perfect but would certainly use this company again, because they were good to deal with.”

“The order of 16sq metres was delivered at the arranged time and I was completely satisfied with the condition of the product. It was laid on the same day (six days ago) and the advantage of laying the turf on properly prepared surface is indicated by the excellent lawn I now have in my front garden.I would not hesitate to order similar if needed in the future. “Delivery service excellent, driver early and very helpful , quality of grass very good. downside: pallet broken very hard to maneuver. major problem was i found three pieces off glass in the soil. not good when i have young children playing in the garden”

“Turf was good and on time but the lorry driver was too rude. He told me to unload myself from lorry and was too aggressive. Price was good and I'm happy with company expect from lorry driver.”

“Great quality turf and on time delivery service. Only thing is they use a courier so the driver knows absolutely nothing about turf if you require any professional advice, also he couldn't get the turf on my drive as he only had a pallet/pump truck which wouldn't get over the raised entrance to my drive so he had to leave it on the pathway outside. Which was fine because we were laying it that day, but something to bear in mind is access as they don't lift it in.”

“Overall a good experience, the only reason I didn't click 'Very Good' was that the soil was a little on the dry side when first delivered and was expecting it to be covered to retain moisture but i'm sure there is a reason why it's left open. A good product.”

“Easy to order and delivered with no fuss. Glad I requested a little extra as a couple of the turf rolls seemed to be damaged. Our new lawn looks amazing and I cannot wait for it to take so that we can make the most of it.”
