“Jubilee turf delivered next day. Thick, large turfs in good condition. Two issues, delivery is by pallet truck so mind any uneven ground between where the lorry stops and your property, and that leads to the fact that you end up with a pallet for free, which is either a blessing or a curse!”

“Turf was of fairly good quality but had lots of cut 'potatoes' in the backing soil. I hope these potatoes do not start growing through my new lawn.”

“Super turf but 2 turfs were not quite up to the standard of the rest the edge was very thin had to patch up with another turf witch made me one turf short but would still recommend and would buy again.”

“Really pleased with the quality of the turf delivered - would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the poor soul tasked with making the delivery had to unload nearly 2 ton of turf single handedly and with no handling equipment. I know this keeps the cost down but I think this was totally unreasonable on the driver”

“Delivery on time, albeit from decrepit van badly equipped causing polite driver to struggle. Turf easily laid, but after only 48 hours it's too early to judge success, though so far so good.”

“Quality of turf was good and was delivered at the required time, the only slight issue was that the delivery driver pump truck couldn't handle the weight of the pallet. So we had to off-load turf from the pallet whilst it was still on the lorry. Would recommend.”

“Turf is excellent, consistent good quality. However it was a pity that the pallets could not be pushed onto the drive and had to be left on the pavement, although we were made aware that this may happen in advance.”

“The turf was very good quality and was consistant across the 4 pallets. The delivery was poor however. 3rd party used and had other parcels on top of the pallets. Slight damage to a few rolls. Also only arrived at 5:30pm, meaning the turf was on the lorry for approx 10 hours. It would be better if Turfonline did deliveries themselves. Having said that, my lawn looks great and I would use Turfonline again.”
