“Turf arrived on time early morn, all rolls in good condition,laid same day and garden looks good again and very lush . Would recommend at least 4inches of topsoil at least”

“We are really please with the turf, all of the rolls were of a good and consistent quality with just a few minor holes/ tears. Turf was laid on the same day it was delivered to us, looks nice and green and weed free.”

“Price was good, delivery was on time and the driver was helpful. Turf is good quality and has taken well. I've noticed a couple of weeds though, which shouldn't be there in turf which is only 5 days old. Would use again in future since the price was good, but if you want the absolute best quality, it might be worth spending more.”

Thank you for your review. Our turf is guaranteed weed free so we are very surprised to learn that you have spotted some. Could you be looking at grass seed heads appearing which is normal in newly laid turf? If you would be kind enough to send a picture we will be happy to advise. Kind Regards, Angela.

“It was a good service overall with early delivery on the day. Might want to add the delivery start and end times on the website as this wasn't clear. The delivery man didn't have anything to get the pallet off the van, which meant my husband had to carry them off with him by hand which wasn't great.”

“Quick and easy to order, good turf wish was cut shorter before delivered. Frustrating that on a Saturday delivery there's no way of contacting the office if there is a problem. But would order with this turf company again.”

“Ordered online, very interactive and informative website. Entered special instructions for delivery, however this information was not received by them. Turf arrived was of a very high quality (Jubilee) and lush and green. Installed beautifully, no complaints with product. There was an issue with delivery where the pallet could not be removed by the delivery driver due to weight. I was then involved in a conversation between the delivery company and turfonline, which i feel i shouldn't have had to be involved in. In the end i had to assist The delivery driver with offloading. Excellent product, however logistics need to be improved (including website not receiving special instructions). Otherwise would have given full stars. Ultimately, the turf was a very high standard at a fair price.”

“My turf was delivered within the time slot specified and in great condition, the only hiccup was that the fertilizer I also ordered didn't end up with the delivery. After a call to the office, this was promptly refunded. Other than that everything was fine and the grass looks great now it's bedding in.”

“Ordered and delivered in 2 days. Turf was very good quality. Disappointed with the delivery. It comes on a pallet which we didn't realise and had to be left on the street outside our house until.it was laid.”

Hi Katie, So pleased that you were happy with the quality of the turf. As regards kerbside delivery. We have tried to make it clear on the website that the turf is delivered palletised to kerbside. However, if you didn't spot this fact then future customers could also miss it. Consequently we have asked our website designers to emphasise it more so that we don't disappoint anyone else. “90 percent good. But we had three rolls. At bottom of pallet that was dried out. It looked as though they were cut well before delivery. And it was these pieces that we was patching up with at the end of laying the turf. In general good. And not a week in yet, and it is looking good. We would recommend . Mrs j Hulme”

“The delivery was fine and the person who rang up about was wrong however the order was and everything turned out okay was left worth a little more turf than needed but I am sure i can deal with this. the overall result after it has been laid is w=very good”

“Good quality turf. Nicely cut and rolled and well packaged on the pallet. Good value for money. Only problem was that the pallets were delivered and left in a dangerous place hanging out onto the road by the driver. Apart from that recommended.”

“Very happy with the overall customer service and speed of delivery. My only real concern was that one or two of the turfs were a rather thin on the cut edges and a couple broke up a bit as they were being laid but, as they were only put down a couple of days ago it is too early to comment on how the lawn will look once it has bedded in!”

Hi Ceri, Glad to hear that you are pleased with the service and delivery. The condition of the turf can sometimes be affected by the weather conditions when harvested.
