“I am very pleased with the service I have received from Turf online, from order to delivery. The Turf arrived within the given time window and was of really good quality and looks brilliant once it has been laid.”

“Quick and reliable service. Turf arrived all ok with barely any issues and had it all laid within an hour and a half.”

“Really good quality turf. I bought Jubilee turf and had it delivered 12 days ago. Paid the extra for a morning delivery and it arrived just after midday. The driver was very accommodating and placed the pallet exactly where I wanted it on my driveway. Turf was laid that same afternoon and is already taking root and looking lush and green. Really thick grass and also soft texture - exactly what I wanted. Very few weeds and only one toadstool so far. Very happy and would definitely recommend; on the pricer side compared to other online sites but certainly can’t fault the quality.”

“Professional, quick and at brilliant price. I ordered on-line and received a call the next working day to check through the order and delivery day, the delivery guy was super helpful and the grass was in brilliant condition. I would definitely recommend.”

“Purchased the Jubilee turf and really happy with the quality of this turf. You may pay a little more but having recently bought some turf from a competitor I can honestly say Jubilee is a far superior turf. Highly recommended, would buy again”

“I ordered the Jubilee turf which I thought would be a better quality than the basic type. When I started laying the turf I noticed that it was brown in places, the cutting of the rolls were inconsistent and one roll was much barer than the rest. I was fortunate that I ordered more than I needed so was able to cut round the poor quality of some rolls. I'm hoping that in the long term things may be ok,we will see. I did complain about the issues and received a refund for half the cost. Having had previous Harrowden turf I am very disappointed in the quality of my recent purchase.”

“The grass looks good a week later, even though it was laid by a complete amateur. Lovely and green even in really shady places (used Shadesman). Turned up nice and early, although driver was a bit useless. Only complaint (which wouldn't bother most people) is there was too much. I have a small garden and tiny drive so had to lug it to the dump. Overall very satisfied. No dud rolls.”

“I cannot recall which turf I ordered but it came to just over £140 for 39 square meters. I was surprised at the quality of the turf (5 Star). it has been laid a week and the lawn is looking lush and complete with no joints. My whole experience from the cost/ordering/delivery to the completed lawn has been a joy. I cannot recommend Turfonline enough. I will be using them next year for my front lawn.”

“Delivery as expected. Right to my home. Well packaged. Beautiful clean turf. A few were ripped but it wasn’t too bad. Hence the 4 stars. Laid down easily. Growing well now, one week on.”

“All I have is praise for turf online ....... we decided to go with them when our new lawn needed to be laid .... ordered on a Sunday online and was contacted on the Monday to say it would be delivered on the Tuesday ....It arrived and was in tip top condition .... we went for the jubilee one and it’s gone down really well which I hope to show you in the photos I add ..... in a world where people seem to focus on price more so than service it’s good to see that turf online we’re not only competitive on price but also delivered a top quality product to our door which has been a pleasure to lay, nurture and watch grow ... thank you so much .... “second time i've bought turf from Turfonline and delighted once again - delivery was on time and the driver very helpful... turf is really good quality and already looking great after only one week... when i bought the same turf the first time it was rated for drought resistance and this turf took the summer heatwave much better than the rest of the lawn, noticed that drought resistance no longer part of ratings but if it's the same grass mix it certainly should be as it's been a major plus - would definitely recommend Turfonline”

“This item arrived NEXT DAY and was well packed. Am unable to give any insight as to the quality of the seed (it takes 3-4 weeks) but am not expecting any problems as we purchased our turf from Turfonline and that was fine until we had the drought and were unable to water it.”
