“A customer ordered 50 sq metres of turf for me to relay their lawn. I was impressed with the quality so I decided to order some for another customer to turf over an old flower bed. The second batch of turf wasn't quite as good. The sward was more open and required VERY careful handling to avoid tearing it apart. However, after a week it appears to have taken well and is looking good. Both delivery drivers were very helpful, dropping off the pallets where we needed them.”

“The turf was very good quality. Unfortunately the delivery failed on the first try. We had an awful day waiting in vain for it to arrive. Can't say the customer service was great that day. However, when rescheduled, everything went to plan perfectly and we are, now, very happy customers.”

“We bought turf and topsoil and it was delivered around 3:30pm in Friday. The topsoil was put down and then the turf on the Saturday morning. The turf was dead, black, steaming and had mould inside it. I complained but was told it needed to go down the same day so we have to buy more. I accept that it should go down the same day but suspect the turf had been laying around for a bit longer than normal when sent to us because I have not seen it so bad, within 24 hours.”

Hi there, Sorry to hear about your turf. In warm weather at this time of year, turf will heat up and deteriorate very quickly so it's vital that turf is laid on the day of delivery. Please be assured that we always harvest turf fresh to order the day before delivery so it arrives with you in the best possible condition. “thinly cut & poor quality with rips or corners missing. Luckily I had over ordered & have been watering constantly to try to revive turf but wouldn't use again as poor quality compared to other suppliers”
