“The first quantity of turf was very good and laid well on front lawn. The second delivery for the rear garden was very dry on the outside and she'd lots of dust when delivered and I took photos as requested as not happy but was told by your customer service to lay. I took photos and sent them to you on an email complaining that at least 5of the strips were dead. You did not respond or acknowledge my originalemai or the second one either. Can you now do so? We ordered some more turf as we were short and took the minimum quantity but only needed 4 however 2of these were torn up and unusable and the other 4 were used to replace the dead sections from the previous delivery that had gone completely brown after copious watering. I believe you should refund the faulty strips and if no response is forthcoming I intend to put your payment into dispute with my card company.”

“The website is easy to understand and navigate and (though a bit pushy) offers all the extras that you may need such as top soil. It has easy to use calculators to establish how much of what you need. The turf and top soil were delivered on time and the very polite delivery man had no problem running the pallets up our drive way and into our garage. Our delivered turf was of good quality generally (not that I'm an expert and would know the difference) though it had a number of spots of stunted growth which unfortunately only became apparent after the turf had been laid and it was too late to replace these. A number of the sods were not irregular and torn but there was more than enough in the extra 5% to make these not necessary.”

“Not tried turfing before and saw horror stories on youtube from OnlineTurf, but TurfOnline (Harrowdens) was great no issues at all. Turf was all green, no tears, all pieces the same size, even thickness, etc. Has some meadow grass in it here and there but not a huge amount. After a week it seems to be mostly growing well, so hopefully will all be fine!”

“My order came in 2 pallets. The first pallet layer was perfect! But the 2nd pallet was not as good and I am hoping that with plenty’s of care the yellow patches will disappear once rooted.”

Pleased to hear your delivery all went smoothly. In warm weather, we don't always irrigate fields before harvest since dry turf lasts longer after harvest. Hope you enjoy your new lawn!
