“Great turf, great service. I have used turf on many occasions, but this was by far the best quality I have ever enjoyed, and at a great price too. This turf had its roots down in less than a week and is already thoroughly established. Highly recommended!”

“The turf ordered was delivered next day and appeared to be extremely fresh! Once it was laid, the garden was transformed to a very lush, full lawn. I’m extremely happy with the result. Up to now, the grass has bedded in well and is growing fast.”

“The meadow is lovely and growing very well. I am more than happy with it. However, I asked for the turf to be delivered in one square metre rolls. Instead, it came in rwo square metre sections. My sister and I were unable to move it at all. I had to seek out a couple of workmen and pay them £20 apiece to bring it through to the back garden. I then had to cut it up so that I could move it to the prepared bed. This made the process rather more time-consuming than it need have been.”

“Website was easy to use to order the turf. I rang and asked for a smaller delivery vehicle - it was arranged. I paid extra for the turf to arrive between 9-11am, it actually arrived early, and allowed me more time to get the job done. The turf was of good quality, there were no defects from the 80 that I laid. There was some good tips on turf laying and aftercare on the website. Good service and good value”

“Absolutely appalling customer service! Delivered damaged turf (the turf had clearly been sitting in their delivery van for several hours on a hot day) and try to put the blame on me even though I had followed all their instructions correctly in terms of rolling out the turfs and laying as soon as the delivery arrived. No gesture of goodwill or refund was offered and I have essentially lost my money! I would advise everyone to stay well away! DO NOT USE!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!”

“Know it was the wrong time of year to order turf but we prepared the ground meticulously and made sure it was well watered, the turfs were very dry when delivered(again it was a very hot day) but were delivered on two pallets 50 on one and 20 on another which seemed strange ? The turf from the pallet with 20 were very different from the others and when laid seemed a grey/green colour not green like the others these went brown very quickly (even though they were watered in) they have recovered somewhat since laying (19th May). Have ordered from you previously and the quality was not the same as the first order some split some thin, as I said may be the time of year but if this is a problem maybe you should inform the customer that it is not a good idea to take delivery at this time of year.”

“The turf arrived by carrier on the date we were given and we had it laid within 2 hours of delivery and are very pleased with our new lawn. All the rolls were in very good condition even colour and weed free. We would certainly order from TurfOnline again and recommend to our friends.”
