“Excellent service and an excellent product, I called turfonline in the morning and asked if they could give me an E.T.A. of my turf I was informed by a friendly person that my turf should be with me about late morning/early afternoon, it arrived late morning (excellent), the 50sm of turf arrived in perfect condition making the job of laying it easy. I could not be happier with the turf and therefore highly recommend turfonline.”

“Sent email but no response, asking for assistance. Turf very dry and some parts close to dead. Laid it on day of delivery with plenty of water and pre turf fertiliser. No one has come back to me following email”

“Delivery driver was in such a hurry that he did not want to wait for me to move my car to place my order in my driveway. He basically said he could not wait 30 seconds. He left my order in the middle of my road and drove off. I called the TurfOnline to make a complain and literally told me that is the 'standard service' they always provide and some drivers are under a lot of pressure to make many deliveries in one day. That is the reason that drivers can be often rude. First time I use Turfonline and certainly the last one.”

“Delivery was booked between 8.00am and 2.00pm. Unfortunately turf did not arrive until 2.40 pm, but delivery charge was reimbursed without me having to ask. Turf was of good quality and looks great.”

“My complaint relates to your delivery process, in which your driver decided not to drive along the road outside my house on the grounds that it was too small, however, large oil tankers manage this road as do the local authority dust carts etc. etc. As a result I had to pay significant additional delivery charges. Even though these costs were divided I remain very annoyed at the drivers lack of gumption. The turf once delivered was of good quality.”

“Wasn't massively happy with turf. I feel I had hidden crappy rolls within the pallet. A few of the rolls had big chunks missing and once laid down realised there was some dead patches. Also a few too many large stones for my liking. Wouldn't recommend to a friend. Better to try your luck with another supplier.”

“Absolutely perfect service! Rang the helpline, spoke to a lovely man who took my order and explained about delivery. Chose the next available delivery date, ordered on Saturday and was delivered on the Tuesday. The delivery driver rang me when he dropped it off, he left it right at the top of my drive in the best place for shade but said if left in the sun would need a sprinkle of water. The grass looks amazing, so happy with my new front lawn. The pictures show the difference, one taken on Tuesday when laid and the other today, Monday after, less than a week later it looks great. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend and already have recommended to friends or family. Thank you for such great service and wonderful turf! :-)”

“Fantastically quick service when I ordered too much, they reduced the amount and refunded immediately. Quality of turf is excellent, no problems laying it, I have had turf previously from other companies and it has been quite thin and tore easily but his was a good thickness and went down like a dream. Well done - would highly recommend.”

“Found Turfonline after a google search. The quality offered was just what I required. Delivery was on time as I had spent the previous day preparing the ground. Good quality turfs with no damage. The confirmation email came with two very useful and informative booklets of Laying Turf and Lawn Care. Great product, great service.”
