“Great service, rang to apologise they wouldn't be able to do next day and we agreed a new delivery date. Which was kept. Would like to see a greater range of grass seed but thats my problem. Its a high level of personal service which is often lacking today.”

“Ordered turf had small problem with delivery ordered for 7th aug but come on 3rd of august but with quick email they picked it back up again and redelivered on the date i was ready for it. Grass is looking great laid it myself 4 days been down and its growing well. Would reccommend jubilee grass”

“Turfonline was recommended to us by a colleague who had used the company. We bought the Jubilee turf at her recommendation. It was very easy to order on line, the company rang me straight away as there was an inaccuracy in my order. The turf arrived on time and it looks absolutely stunning. It was a very easy process from ordering, delivery and then it was easy to lay. I would recommend the company.”

“Was guided to the Turfonline website from a different website to buy sedum roof fertilizer. The product was different with no explanation so to was confusing. After making the order the confirmation details had a lot of information about lawn fertilizer. At first I thought I had ordered the wrong product. Again, very confusing.”

“The website is easy and convenient to use , although there seems to be a long term issue with dates of delivery not being confirmed correctly. The communication from the company is good. The quality of the turf so far ( i've ordered 2 seperate times ) hasn't been great unfortunately. The first lot of turf was ridiculously thin and crumbled in my hands. Of the second order of turf (last week), 20% of it has just died. Not too impressed so far.”

“Excellent online ordering system. Excellent customer service department. Prompt and friendly delivery service. We bought the Jubilee turf and it is fantastic turf. Within 3 days it looked like it had been laid down recently but certainly not 3 days ago. One week on and it looks like it has been down for years with no visable joins. We are thoroughly delighted with our new lawn and really can’t recommend Turfonline enough!!!!”
