“All I have is praise for turf online ....... we decided to go with them when our new lawn needed to be laid .... ordered on a Sunday online and was contacted on the Monday to say it would be delivered on the Tuesday ....It arrived and was in tip top condition .... we went for the jubilee one and it’s gone down really well which I hope to show you in the photos I add ..... in a world where people seem to focus on price more so than service it’s good to see that turf online we’re not only competitive on price but also delivered a top quality product to our door which has been a pleasure to lay, nurture and watch grow ... thank you so much .... “second time i've bought turf from Turfonline and delighted once again - delivery was on time and the driver very helpful... turf is really good quality and already looking great after only one week... when i bought the same turf the first time it was rated for drought resistance and this turf took the summer heatwave much better than the rest of the lawn, noticed that drought resistance no longer part of ratings but if it's the same grass mix it certainly should be as it's been a major plus - would definitely recommend Turfonline”

“This item arrived NEXT DAY and was well packed. Am unable to give any insight as to the quality of the seed (it takes 3-4 weeks) but am not expecting any problems as we purchased our turf from Turfonline and that was fine until we had the drought and were unable to water it.”

“This delivery/turf was perfect ,delivery on a Tuesday .However, the last delivery (2nd) was very poor by comparison as it was dry, tired and contained many small stones on the base . Having not received follow up customer satisfaction e mail That time , I assumed you were aware, However all in all good product, pity I didn't! contact at the time. Regards Marchesan Angela”

“Write from the first phone to to your company was a pleasure, the staff were very helpful and the living roof on our shed looks wonderful, it came with everything we need to fit on to roof and it was delivered very fast, the van driver even brought it up our drive to the house, lovely person. Would we recommend you ! Most definitely would thank you all very much”

“Bad customer service. Had to chase for a simple query. Turf was damaged when they delivered it and they didn't want to replace nor to refund. Avoid!”

“Ordered my turf and was delivered next day as arranged. Looked lovely and freshly cut, very surprised at how great it was due to the dry hot weather we’ve had recently. Laid the same day and I am very pleased with quality, have already recommended to a friend.”

“As a gardener by trade I've laid a lot of lawns in my time. First time I've used an online supplyer. And I have to say it's the best quality turf I've ever seen, so glad I've found it. And I don't mind it costs a lot more than standard turf, it's well worth it for those who care about having a good lawn. My only criticism would be the price of the delivery, it's very high. And trade discount would be good too.”
