“Normally the service is excellent. However this time instead of Oticon and Bernafon ProWax miniFIT Wax Guards - 4 Packs was only sent 4 individual Wax Guards. A simple phone call corrected the error and the others arrived straight away.”

“Pretty mediocre service. Paid for special delivery to receive it before Christmas. Didn't receive the item until after Christmas as they didn't have it in stock. Had I known this I would have found a different stockist. Website failed to inform that they were out of stock.”

Hi Alex, if you were justified in your comments and views I'd take that on the chin, we are not perfect but we do try to offer an excellent service, most people are pleased with what we do. So, in perspective, you ordered the item on Friday 20/12 at 4.45pm. We were shipping 23/12, then 27/12 and 30/12 on a skeleton service through the Christmas period. On the listing for this product we state this; N.B. Most items we supply are on the shelf and ready to ship same day / next business day. However please note that items in the Wireless and the Chargers sections have many variations along with lower sale volumes, meaning we MAY need to order in. Please anticipate an extra 3-4 working days shipping time for this type of order, we will of course ship at the earliest possible opportunity and would rather under promise and over deliver than the other way around! Based on what we state on our website we ask if you place an order to anticipate a bit of a lag on delivery for this type of item. You obviously did not read and digest the information. The manufacturers had already closed for replenishment of stock at that point anyway. Yes I'm sorry you did not read the information we supplied and misunderstood, but I have on this occcasion to state I think your negative review is a little misplaced. You are of course entitled to your own view regardless of my thoughts! Regards, Paul
