“Great service, purchase was received by tracked 24 delivery. When I was unable to set the connector up, I telephoned and was talked through the process. When this didn't resolve the issue, they said to return the connector to be checked. They found a fault with the device and sent me a replacement by return. Happy to report all working fine. Thanks HAB”

“I started using HAB when I needed some consumables for my hearing aids. The high street branch of the opticians who supplied my hearing aids said "we don't stock these things, you'll have to make an appointment with an audiologist, who will bring them to your appointment". They don't tell you this when you're parting with your money for the hearing aids. Anyway, to cut a long story to medium length, I didn't bother with the appointment, and went online, where I found the HAB website. Very easy to navigate, a comprehensive stock of parts, and standard online payment methods. The service is by return of post, and they keep you updated on the progress of your order. The prices are good too. What's not to like?”

“Had been looking online for the specific ear domes I need having upgraded my hearing aids. Couldn’t get the precise match from two ‘well known’ online trading giants but did get a link to HAB through Amazon. Contact with HAB allowed the item I needed to be found quickly. Then really good service once order placed- pays to find a specialist company.”
