“I ordered a p3 wire for my widex evoke hearing aids because the p3 wires were to short,and would not fit into my ear canal properly.The p3 wires seem to be the same length so I am no better off.So I feel I've wasted my money.”

Hi Michael, if we did something wrong, supplied an incorrect wire size or type, or supplied lacklustre service or product I guess we would deserve less than a positive feedback. However I've looked at your order, you requested a size 3 power wire and we supplied a size 3 power wire. You said a power size 3 wire didnt quite fit so you ordered another size 3 power wire hoping it would fit better, it did not, like your previous size 3 power wire. So you feel you have wasted your money, not sure what that has to do with us and why you think we deserve a 3 star feedback, seems quite bizarre?
