“A regular visit to see Helen for wax removal and a brief check to confirm all was ok with the Phonak hearing aids I purchased from HAB two years ago (it was!) As ever a friendly, highly efficient service and the benefit of my decision to upgrade in 2023 still greatly appreciated.”

“I bought a Bluetooth microphone from HAB But unfortunately bought the wrong one I spoke to HaB on the phone and they were very helpful. They said they would swop the mic for the correct one at no charge to me, and I could collect it from Silsden a few days later. Excellent service from this very professional company.”
