“Although my order was dispatched promptly, it was missing one item. This was corrected the following day, after notifying them using the Contact Us page on their website. The missing item arrived 3 days after contacting them.”

“Normally the service is excellent. However this time instead of Oticon and Bernafon ProWax miniFIT Wax Guards - 4 Packs was only sent 4 individual Wax Guards. A simple phone call corrected the error and the others arrived straight away.”

“I have an appointment to see the audiologist on 1 st Dec as I am not sure if I am using and applying my hearing aids properly . Had one piece stuck in my ear 3 weeks ago which necessitated a removal from A and E at Worthing Hospital. I have a hissing in my right ear . I have been referred to ENT re same . I did not take in all the information at the time I had consultation with James . I have a number of ongoing health issues that have come one after another since May so am anxious to discover whether they are all associated .with each other .”
