“The HAB website is misleading when trying to buy a unitron wire. There are 2 pictures to assist a purchaser but it explains 3 different wires saying' if it looks like the first picture it's an SDS3 but the pic is a 3 pin plug which is an SDS4! I had to return the incorrect one but staff were very good in sending out the correct one. But I had to be without hearing aid for over a week longer than necessary”

“Order of batteries arrived in a PO bag as the original envelope had split in transit. Two of the cards of batteries were missing. I contacted HAB telling them of this and attaching photos as proof. I was immediately offered a partial refund for the missing items. This I accepted and the money was returned the same day. Excellent service.”

“I contacted HAB after my receiver wire snapped and my Audiologist could not replace it. HAB were extremely helpful in sourcing the correct replacement and the tool needed to affect the replacement. They also had a helpful video to show hoe to replace. The only downside was the shape of the replacement which has caused some pain in my ear.”

“Got my loops for my hearing aids and hooks. Managed to do this for myself than burden rude and aggressive NHS staff. It did take longer than expected to arrive but that is a postal issue and not HAB Hearing - I will use this company again.”
