“I received my hearing aid from the NHS through a secondary provider. I had no replacement part instructions and the place I got the aid from is no longer there. I contacted HAB via their email and they were extremely helpful. Thanks to the assistance I was given I was able to identify the needed parts and order them. The order arrived promptly and was correct and well packaged. I couldn't be happier with HAB and will be using them again in the future.”

“My orders were sent very quickly and I was grateful for the quick response from Paul and the advice that he gave me. Paul explained to me that I needed adaptors for the tubes, so that they would fit on the hearing aids. I had not been able to clean the tubes because I didn't know that the little piece on the end of the tube could be unscrewed.”

“I have been using HAB Hearing for a number of years now. They are very helpful if you need to speak to them and when you have placed an order the product comes very quickly. I have ordered one evening and received the following day . I would highly recommend HAB Hearing to anyone.”

“Fast delivery and just what I wanted. Same as specsavers supply for my hearing aids. I know they are free from specsavers but can't wait for 2 weeks for appointment so this was a no brainer. Would use again”

“I have an appointment to see the audiologist on 1 st Dec as I am not sure if I am using and applying my hearing aids properly . Had one piece stuck in my ear 3 weeks ago which necessitated a removal from A and E at Worthing Hospital. I have a hissing in my right ear . I have been referred to ENT re same . I did not take in all the information at the time I had consultation with James . I have a number of ongoing health issues that have come one after another since May so am anxious to discover whether they are all associated .with each other .”
