“I was seeking to acquire an Otocon Connect Clip, a device to stream Android audio from mobile devices direct to the hearing aids and which also acts as a remote microphone placed on or near a public speaker. I sought advice from HAB who answered my query and supplied the Oticon Clip from stock, with next day delivery.”

“Excellent service from HAB Hearing, when attending for ear wax removal. My hearing in one ear was very reduced, but less than 10 minutes later I had my hearing back -very happy and relieved! Helen was very professional and friendly and explained everything step-by-step, which put me at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing ear wax removal.”

“I ordered some Pro Wax fiters for dads hearing aids from his regular supplier who are not always the quickest. Decided to get some from HAB as well. HAB were quicker, cheaper and genuine items judging by the packets which arrived by next post. Unlike Dad's regular supplier several days later and not genuine manufacturer. Guess where I wil be coming back to? Thank you for a great service.”

“There were plenty of appointments to choose from and booking was easy to do online. Reminders sent at helpful times and not too many to be annoying. My earwax problem was resolved quickly and was pain free, explained at each step and no judgement. Advice offered afterwards. Price was reasonable compared with some I have seen so would definitely recommend.”
