“Appalling service ! Purchased a pin removal implement (to facilitate replacement of the elbow arch on my hearing aid) on the 24th July, last, with free shipping & a promise of 48hr delivery via the Royal Mail. Item wasn't dispatched until the 27th of July ! Did not receive item until ther fifth of August - seven days (not including the weekend). It doesn't matter whether the purchase from you is large or small, if you make an undertaking for 48hr delivery, it is not an unreasonable expectation for (you) to keep your word. There's no point in you apologising - because that appears to be the default nowadays - everyone's got an excuse. It's symptomatic of the times we now live in - your 'word' isn't worth a damn. I certainly won't be using, or recommending your company again.”

Hi Andrew, Paul here, the owner of HAB hearing. You're correct, the value of the order is irrelevant, the service level is important. So... you ordered your pin removal tool after 4pm on Friday 24/7, if you had bothered to look at our FAQ's you would see that any orders after 12 noon are dispatched the next available shipping day, which is Monday 27/7, the day we shipped andfthe first available shipping date. We ship Royal Mail Tracked 48 which has an 'aim' to deliver 2-3 days from shipping date which would mean an 'aim' of delivery on Wednesday / Thursday of that week, this is NOT a guraranteed service, Tracked 48 arrives within this schedule around 95% of the time and sometimes is delayed. So Royal Mail were late in delivering but you received your £2.50 removal tool late because of a delay within Royal Mail, but it still arrived. I am struggling to understand why you are so outraged by this to be honest, I don't have to make any excuses about this, we shipped as soon as we could, you received the item a little late through no fault of ours. I guess I will have to live with the burden of being an oathbreaker and an owner of such a shoddy organisation. Alternatively the huge and vast majority of our happy customers would probably disagree with how you feel about us and the service we provide. Have a great day, sorry we did not live up to your expectations and delight you the way all our other customers feel about us. Maybe you've had a bad day or something. Regards, Paul

“Didn't get colour we ordered. When I emailed was told 2 different stories. First they never had colour in stock. Then it was a packing error. We were rang by the company apologising about the situation. Was promised the right colour to be sent. Which they did but not before we left for our holiday so we are having to use wrong colour.This was the reason for our purchase. Now it is left up to me to return them. So we are stuck with a colour we didn't want. Will look elsewhere to purchase what we ordered originally. So be aware if they haven't got the stock they will send any volour. Very disappointed customer”
