“Very good service. My order didn't arrive, so I contacted Groomers who looked into it arranged to send my order straight away, it arrived the following day. Excellent customer service from Ashleigh.”

“Lots of great stuff really good quality. Not alot of choice on uniform but plenty on other stuff. Shipping is quite expensive if your just buying 1 thing!”

“Product arrived and was as described but An e-mail with a dispatch date would of been good as I did not know if was coming or not so logged a complaint with PayPa, however it arrived without any notice so all ended well would recommend but suggest you advise customers when it’s been dispatched”

“Ordered the Wheatgerm shampoo while it was half price. I haven't had chance to use it yet but it smells divine,and as I have used Groomers shampoo before I have no doubt it will be good. It arrived very quickly . Sadly I was expecting and told I would be able to track the delivery online but it just turned up . Would have been nice to know it was on it's way.”

“Always order my grooming bits from here easy online buying. However the other day I bought some purple andis clippers but wanted a pink pair instead. So I phoned up and asked to change the order, which when the clippers arrived had changed on the delivery note to pink but in the box was a purple pair.”
