“Very quick process although the correct size I was sent miss clip blades instead of normal ones Unfortunately I needed to get mine done so had to use them. Not quite what I wanted but done the job on my own pet dogs just not as I would have liked”

“Overall good service although the item was not despatched within 24 hours as claimed. Also i wasn't notified when the item was despatched so i didn't know when to expect delivery. I had to contact Groomers to find out the despatch date and then ask for a tracking number to confirm arrival date. It would certainly help if despatch information was sent out to keep me informed so that i know delivery date.”

“Easy to use, explains everything you need to know before you buy only issue was delivery, I didn't get a dispatched message only a message to say it will be delivered that same day as the message which left me unable to inform work and I had to miss it being delivered.”
