“Great delivery times and product quality is great! They also threw in a free dog fragrance for free which I was astonished by, would definitely highly recommend and will use again in the future.”

“Quick delivery and graleat price. Unfortunately the blades were misaligned and wouldn't cut at all. Luckily my husband is maintenance technician and saw and fixed the problem. I wouldn't have been able to use them otherwise. I have two cockapoos and these cut them great.”

“Great ordering online. Delivery came quick, however one box was resealed by DPD. Items missing & box wet. Contacted customer service and problem was sorted straight away. Loved the freebie. Thank you.”

“Very good service from Groomers , shame I can’t say the same for DPD , was giving three different dates for delivery and waited in for three days. Not a happy customer due to DPD please change your courier it’s not the first time I have had problems with this company.”

“I've been using Groomers Online for dog grooming supplies for nearly 10 years now and I know and trust the products. The shampoos are of good quality and I have never had a dog react to any of the range.”

“Had problems with the order that I placed ,but rang groomers and they sorted it out for me straight away ,the agent I spoke to was very polite and new exactly what I was talking about .I will be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone .”

“I was really pleased with how quickly my order arrived. I like getting an e-mail to let you know when something’s back in stock. Could do with more packaging for items that could leak, one of my items leaked slightly.”

“Groomers website is easy to navigate and make orders. Products have always arrived in good condition and quickly. However, they do run a loyalty scheme but you must keep a track on your spending because I have never automatically got my discount without having to chase them up. Otherwise, I’m happy with them.”

“Usually very good. I waited and waited until I had an email saying a certain pair of scissors were in stock, placed a large order (£250+) on the back of it.. then had a phone call saying the certain pair never came back into stock. So I didn't actually end up getting the only pair I really wanted which was a bit gutting. Other than that never had an issue”
