“Large item fine. I knew it would be a pack of two different sizes but not sure why as my dog's head is only one size! I'm sure the person who regularly bathes and grooms my dog will be delighted to receive the smaller sized hoodie for smal dogs that she might bathe. Thank you.”

“Took a few days longer than advertised for my purchase to arrive. Unable to track so needed to call company. They were very helpful but meant I had to rearrange grooming appointmentswhich was not ideal. More about problem with manufacturer than Groomers. Very happy with my purchase once it arrived. Best price by far compared to identical product elsewhere online.”

“I think the prices with recent discounts and student discounts are very good. I placed a £400+ order, but for some reason there was a mix up and it didn't get received on the Groomers end when it should have, so my delivery was a couple of days late (The did however offer a next day delivery but I was to be out for that day, so selected my own day). The live chat is awesome to find exactly what you need, I would reccommend buying from this site, but maybe only for the larger orders of over £100 as delivery costs then apply for anything lower.”

“In general I find the website, staff and products at Groomers Online very good. I’ve visited their offices/warehouse and was made very welcome and they seem happy to sort any issues quickly and without hassle. However, I have found a few of their products to be quite weak or flimsy which I guess can be true of any online shopping experience where you can’t ‘feel’ the product before purchase.”

“Great products and service. Had a slight with-when I signed up a student account I was unable to access the discounts online. However I contacted Groomers and they were extremely helpful and got the issue sorted for me. Only other concern that I has was that the product went out of stock a few times while I was attempting to order it. Again the website had an alert email system and as soon as the item was back in stock I was notified. So overall great.”

“Fast delivery but bottle of shampoo open and leaked.... Waistcoat sizing is seriously wrong too I got same size as tunic and its way too small”
