“Would be 5 stars but they need to use a better courier service as I found my parcel dumped outside my work premises. Could have easily got wet or even stolen!!! No note through the door either!”

“never have any problems with my orders a little discount would be nice..... only gripe i have is not being able to buy the coat conditioner in 5 a litre container anymore and having to buy little bottles of it for the same price.......”

“I ordered some Andis clippers, despatched and received very quickly however they had a USA plug and the adapter provided didn't fit. Called Customer Services and spoke to Ashley (on a couple of occasions) who was very helpful and efficient. I received a couple of adapters to try, one fit so I'm happy. I've used Groomers a few times over the years and they've always been very efficient. This little hiccup will not put me off using them in the future.”

“Item arrived promptly. My dog is very nervous of the noise of the dryer. The snood helps to reduce the noise and he was much more comfortable with the drying experience.”

“I saw Choca-Doodle 2-in-1 shampoo in Your Dog magazine, ordered it, and used it straight away on a very muddy cockapoo. Excellent. Smells good and her coat feels extra soft.”
