“Was very happy with my order. Came within a week. They had most things a couple of things was out of stock but understandable in this current climate. Will order again when in stock.”

“Easy to order online. Goods received promptly and well packed. Unfortunately, some small parts missing from package. Rang customer care, who advised they would investigate and ring me back. That was over 3 days ago, with no response so far?”

“I’m always very happy with the products I receive from Groomers & the service is always friendly & helpful. My biggest problem is that I never get an invoice ! I always have to ring up to ask for one after the delivery, even though I’m told they send one separate from the delivery or by email I never receive one unless I chase it us, very frustrating.”

“Great sturdy Chunkers, the only problem with them is the finger and thumb inserts come out really easily and they were pretty useless to begin with. Other than that they work perfectly well.”

“Ideal for professional and owners to buy good quality tools and products which are not available in high street shops. One stop shop for most things needed. As a dog groomer I’ve used Groomers online for nearly two decades and still using them. 😊”

“Very good range of grooming equipment at competitive prices. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak there has been stock shortages but the team are very helpful if you contact them directly. Ashleigh has been very helpful when I’ve needed guidance on particular items. Nice company to buy from.”

“Easy to order and quick delivery. Called to organise a day for delivery that suited me. Unpacked the products and extremely happy with the quality of the items. Would have been 5 stars but when it was delivered they dropped my 2k order on my doorstep without even ringing/knocking on my door.”
