“Easy to order and quick delivery. Called to organise a day for delivery that suited me. Unpacked the products and extremely happy with the quality of the items. Would have been 5 stars but when it was delivered they dropped my 2k order on my doorstep without even ringing/knocking on my door.”

“The items that I have recently brought were very good, very quick on delivery, really impressed. I was able to use then the day after receiving them. I did make a call to enquire about the Otoscope (show tech) and wanted to buy one with spare specula/funnels only to find out that you didn't hold spares, this is a shame as I would love to buy this”

“Customer service has been great. But sadly one of the items I recieved appeared to be used and dirty, had a eu plug (which was not stated in description) and item was supposed to have 3 temp settings but only had 2. When drying a dog makes a big difference. All other products have been great though.”
