“Ordered 2 items off the site both of which are very good. Quick order and good service-one of the items was liquid and leaked but Groomers replaced it free of charge.”

“Reasonably fast delivery. No despatch email or courier notifications/tracking sent - not even on my account page. Had to phone instead to find out. Customer services very helpful. Quite poor packaging of electic trimmer sent in a Jiffy bag.”

“The products are really good but I find the delivery charge very expensive and also I didn’t realise it would cost me quite a lot of money to send one team back so I have wasted nearly £10 for delivery and returns service not good really”

“Website is very easy to navigate. Delivery was very quick and at a reasonable posting price. Packaging containing a gift arrived ripped though. The film involving the book was also ripped. The book got slightly bent.”

“Find the postage frustrating....so expensive so like a lit of other of your customers only order when it's enough to get free postage. Also been a customer of yours for many years.....recommended Aquatowels to many customers. ...each one tells me it's much cheaper to buy your product through Amazon....which as a full time groomer finds this most annoying”

“Groomers Online have been really helpful. I have spoken to them on the telephone and received good advice and ordering was easy. The only think I would caution is that I have now made a number of ordered and each time I have found DPD to be less than helpful when it comes to delivery. Although not groomers online's 'fault', it is very frustrating when you have paid for delivery.”

“Parcel arrived promptly, as described, thank you. The order was the 3-pack of drying cloths. My only complaint is that these items could easily have been packed into a large envelope. They came in a box which was way too large, with bubble wrap inserts! They couldn't really have been damaged in the post, and in these days of concern over plastic and waste in general, the packaging was excessive.”
