“The website was easy to navigate and had some helpful ideas such as an area to see all the tools for double coated dogs. Despatch and delivery were good and the products were well packaged. The products have been excellent so far.”

“Bought 2 pairs of scissors .. They were lovely and done the job. Only problem is the black circle grips don’t stay inside the finger hole. But managed fine with out them. So all in all very good. Delivery quick.”

“I love Groomers online! But I'm not happy with the delivery side of the business! At order point I'm asked where my parcel can be left and I request outside back door. However my first order didn't turn up and you dealt with that issue most satisfactorily but when my parcel arrived it went to a neighbour (driver did not want to leave it at all) and wasn't left as requested. But I didn't know it had arrived because they didn't leave a card telling me where my parcel was!! Regards Kate Salter”

“Excellent product, don't know how I managed without it. Very expensive shipping with poor packaging so I received a soggy parcel. Both sprays were damaged so neither would work.”

“My groomers delivery was very quick, all the correct products and of very good quality. The only thing I wasn't happy with was whoever they use for delivery. £350 of products was left on my doorstep without it being requested, very lucky it wasn't stolen !”
