“I was told that delivery to France would be something like 2 days (small package of about 200g) but it was quicker to order online. I paid £17.94 for delivery (far too much) and 8 days and several telephone calls later I still have not received the items which SHOULD have been sent Royal Mail but has been sent by courier. I have now asked for a full refund including my postage, they can keep the items and I can order elsewhere.”
