“Order not received on expected due date as previously arranged. Took time off work to be at home to take delivery. At least company managed to telephone us in the morning to advise delivery would not be today but in fact tomorrow.”

“On the order page I listed my current (new) address but the confirmation email referred to my previous address. Despite an immediate follow up email, the item was posted to my previous address. I did not receive any feedback but fortunately the item was redirected to me by Royal Mail. Thank you.”

“Great selection with competitive pricing. Only complaint is that I paid £6.95 for express delivery on to find out that its 1-3 days delivery when the free standard delivery is 1-2 days. Not quite sure how you think that works out?”
