“Posters ordered for the parlour walls arrived very quickly indeed. However, even though they were well packaged in a cardboard roll, one side of the roll of posters inside the cardboard roll was bent over and slightly spoiled. Overall service was still good though.”

“Waited 2 weeks for delivery which did not happen, however when I contacted Sales they said it had been posted and must be lost in transit, they said they were putting out to me via courier and am waiting for delivery. Only contacted sales yesterday but was impressed by them.”

“Quick efficient service, I did have too call customer services regarding my delivery, however the lady was very helpful and got back to me straight away to explain the courier did not deliver all packages, but they were then delivered the following day! Very helpful, will definitely order more in the future and recommend.”

“Quick delivery, good customer service and easy to return clothes if you get the size wrong. I bought workwear for grooming dogs and a few books. They arrived just a few days later. I got the size wrong on some of the clothes, but this was easy to return. I asked customer service if it was all right to only return parts of my order. They were friendly and replied quickly. The right size arrived shortly after I returned the items. The only downside I can think of is that the Groomers Amelia Boat Neck Jacket was not as hair resistant as the website claimed. At least not for dog fur...I works, but could be better.”

“We received the SSSB104 dog bath punctually and in perfect condition. Instructions were clear, if not a little too complex for us to understand, however we managed to get it up with the help of our plumber. I would recommend a step by step illustrated guide to set it up, but nevertheless we are very impressed with the product! The size is ideal, it is perfectly manoeuvreable (with a couple of people), and is a perfect fit for our grooming parlour with all required necessities. The only reason I don't give five stars is because we haven't as of yet had a chance to test the bath itself, so its functionality cannot be reviewed by me as of yet. Therefore, a more accurate rating would be 4.5. Thank you guys!”

“Pleased with all the items, and the on line service was easy as its not my favourite way of ordering but the delivery advice note was not passed on and I had to go and collect from the post office before work in the pouring rain!!! A new catalogue wasn't included.”

“Good range of product on offer, easy to order, very quick delivery. Only criticism is the quality control aspects. A Belly Strap was delivery with a faulty spring clip so needs a replacement.”
