“Pleased with all the items, and the on line service was easy as its not my favourite way of ordering but the delivery advice note was not passed on and I had to go and collect from the post office before work in the pouring rain!!! A new catalogue wasn't included.”

“Good range of product on offer, easy to order, very quick delivery. Only criticism is the quality control aspects. A Belly Strap was delivery with a faulty spring clip so needs a replacement.”

“Your speed of response is excellent and your staff more than helpful BUT. I only purchase (regularly) from you, litre bottles of Evening Primrose Oil and I can never find the litre sized bottles on your catalogue and have to telephone to ask for the code!”

“I ordered a dryer at Cruft's and was told it would be posted within a couple of days of Groomer's getting back from the show! I rang on the Friday and it had not left their warehouse! I was not impressed had I not rung up goodness knows when it would have arrived! usually Groomer's are good that's why I go to them ! I did state that I needed the dryer in a hurry!”

“I bought this brush for my Lhasa Apso, It is ideal for brushing around the face area with her having a small snout! its easy to use due to the flexibility of the brush head. It also seems kinder.........I might, in the future, consider getting the larger one for the rest of her body.”

“The sale discount on the grooming trousers and smock were genuine and appreciated. I have shopped with Groomers before and found them to be very good and efficient in sending out my orders, however I do have issue with sizing. I feel the sizing stated is not generous and always order a size larger for comfort and easy of movement. On this last order brown trousers were sent instead of the grey ordered with no forewarning or apology which I find rather customer stage (the bag had been opened too). No matter I on this occasion suppose and I don't want to appear picky. Overall, a good shopping experience.”

“I did not receive an e-mail to confirm my online order so I was not sure what was happening. As it turned out the clipper blade had been dispatched promptly so the service was good but not the communication!”
