“Used for a few years, always excellent service and quick delivery. However, I was a bit surprised to be invoiced for something that was missing from my order on arrival and when I queried it was told it was out of stock(even though it had been paid for)!! Next day contacted them about something completely different and as always excellent customer service!”

“second time I have ordered from Groomers On-line and delivery was fast ordered it Monday and Package came Tuesday. Only grumble is that the 2 of the scissors within my package deal were not in stock and have still not been delivered.”

“My order came within two days of ordering, which is really quick for delivery to Shetland. The clipper blades fitted perfectly. when the postman handed me the delivery (padded jiffy bag) you could see the oil soaked paper and the oil was actually dripping out of one corner. Top of the bottle had been damaged/bent and the oil was leaking out. We reckon it lost 25% of the groomers oil, but that didnt really matter to us as we'll never use the amount left anyway. I took a picture of the damaged bottle and oil soaked jiffy bag so that i could let you know then decided not to bother as i don't want a replacement bottle of oil anyway. The service was so good, as well and they were very helpful on the phone when I made my initial enquiry. overall i am very satisfied with the service i receive - the postal system is outwith their control”

“Ordered items on the 18th now 24th and still awaiting delivery. No email to say they have been dispatched as yet. Other companies have dispatched the following day. Just to update - the items arrived the following day. Excellent kennel dog bowls which attach to the side of the kennel. No email to say that they had been dispatched as documented on the order acknowledgement so was not expecting them. Nice surprise when I arrived home.”

“Finding site OK. Ordering was confusing, the college had provided a printed page listing site name, product codes and a list of discount codes. When using codes the computer did not recognise any of them. We ended up ordering at the full price shown. Apparently the printed page of information did not contain any indication that these codes were for telephone use only.”

“Very good quality products, excellent range and fast delivery. The only reason for it not being 5 star is, sometimes items on the website are marked as 'sold out' but if you ring them up they usually have them in stock but otherwise I am very pleased Groomers”
