“Used for a few years, always excellent service and quick delivery. However, I was a bit surprised to be invoiced for something that was missing from my order on arrival and when I queried it was told it was out of stock(even though it had been paid for)!! Next day contacted them about something completely different and as always excellent customer service!”

“second time I have ordered from Groomers On-line and delivery was fast ordered it Monday and Package came Tuesday. Only grumble is that the 2 of the scissors within my package deal were not in stock and have still not been delivered.”

“My order came within two days of ordering, which is really quick for delivery to Shetland. The clipper blades fitted perfectly. when the postman handed me the delivery (padded jiffy bag) you could see the oil soaked paper and the oil was actually dripping out of one corner. Top of the bottle had been damaged/bent and the oil was leaking out. We reckon it lost 25% of the groomers oil, but that didnt really matter to us as we'll never use the amount left anyway. I took a picture of the damaged bottle and oil soaked jiffy bag so that i could let you know then decided not to bother as i don't want a replacement bottle of oil anyway. The service was so good, as well and they were very helpful on the phone when I made my initial enquiry. overall i am very satisfied with the service i receive - the postal system is outwith their control”
