“It's very easy to buy things on line, it is helpful as in my case I work, and I'm unable to put an order in by phone, but this does seem to mean, I don't get my student discount”

“Groomers were quick to answer my question about the portable grooming table and it is indeed suitable for grooming my miniature poodle at home. It folds up and down very easily and I am pleased with it. Not sure the poodle is impressed though as he is getting a more thorough grooming since it arrived!”

“Enjoyed the course learnt a lot. Really would have helped had there been videos to show you properly, don't know whether there was sound to it, looked like it but I couldn't get it to work. When I studied with the OU we were taught to proof read I found an awful lot of spelling mistakes which I don't feel is good for a course. The course had very good content though I would never consider clipping a dog after this course because this is where videos would have been very useful. All in all a very enjoyable course, though I wouldn't have paid more for it.”

“Quite prompt delivery but my order was made up into two parcels and I received what I really wanted two days after the items that made up the order. Wahl clipper kit is very good, running quite quietly.”

“I tang your company to ask for a data sheet for a shampoo as my dog has certain allergies. The first lady I spoke to promised to email I to me but said "You will have to bear with me" This meant, I later found that she had no intention of sending it at all! A week later I rang and spoke to another member of staff who sent the sheet to me immediately. I did purchase your product, as I have done for many years, but was disappointed by my experience.”
