Well, groomers as a company i would say is great, the stuff was shipped out quite quick with good correspondence as the item i was getting was rather large ..
I knocked a star off as the parcel arrived very VERY damaged, but this may not have been Groomers fault, it may have been the couriers?
The courier took the parcel back and Groomers were very quick to contact me and sort out sending a new one out.
