“My dog's groomer recommended Ridasect flea shampoo as I was having flea problems. It cleared most of them I'm pleased to say and will be using it regularly together with flea drops. His coat is shiny and soft as well. Very pleased.”

“I've given a 4 stars cause I normally get great delivery service but I placed my order in the 27th Oct and not yet received it and it's the 4th Nov. I don't usually get a ratings survey until items received . I know there are problems with the post so maybe it's that. As I have my own business I know what reviews can do so for something that maybe out of your control I wouldn't score any less. less order no 250378 for reference”

“Easy to use website, quickly delivered. My only gripe on a personal level is I would much prefer my invoice with my parcel rather than in an email as I don't have access to a printer.”

“Everything I've orderd has been delivered promptly and I'm delighted with my purchases One problem I've had is with a table that I've had to cancel as it stated free delivery on all purchases over the weekend only to discover that they wanted 100 and odds more a few days after ordering I still haven't been reimbursed the price of the table yet Apart from this minor hitch I'd definitely use this company”

“My recent purchase of Master it blade set was sent to my billing address, rather than my work address which I wanted. I did get in touch and found out where I could go to pick the package up, which I did without incident. The only thing is the delivery card was put in the crack of my front door - it could have blown away and the store my package was finally delivered to was over 5 miles away from my address. I have not yet tried the blades, but I have found the same blades I purchased previously were good in that they are good when clipping larger dogs more quickly.”
