avoid this company,got problems over a month, not returning money for faulty clippers,just keep sending same one and saying that nothing wrong with them,also no any reply from customer service, avoid!

I really think you need to change your delivery/couriers...I ordered on Tuesday 13th October .....after many phone calls i was told they tried to deliver, that was a lie....I am still waiting for my order!…I was told on Monday my order would be resent with a different courier as nxt day delivery.....nope, still not here....having to cancel all bookings now....not happy at all!…very disappointed

I am still waiting for my goods. This survey to review your service has arrived way before the goods I’ve purchased! Does that say it all? I think so. What service? What communication? This survey is the ONLY communication I’ve have since placing my order on 1st October (I write this on the 8th). 7 days- no word, then a survey of “How are we doing?” comes through?!?

Having checked the tracking, it would appear the courier have lost this shipment during transit and have failed to notify us. Asked for a refund. Sent at my own expense (which I do accept) back and they did not refund full amount! - No explanation given.

I cannot comment on the product as I'm still awaiting its delivery. I ordered it on 4/9/2000 and expected it to arrive before now as need to treat my dog. Any idea when I can expect to receive it?

I will have to return the product although very good quality I bought this item for large dog- a Labrador and it is far too small so I will try the XL although I don’t think that’s going to fit as the L is so small

I ordered on 16/8 it’s now 24/8 and have still not received my order.. no updates, no tracking. Have emailed customer services and awaiting reply. No excuses for paying for delivery and waiting over a week. Amazon manages in one day. Some communication would be nice. Won’t be using again.

Whilst we are closed on the weekend which was when the order was placed, the goods were dispatched from our warehouse the next working day, which in this case, was on Monday 17th. Delivery usually takes between 2-3 days. Therefore, we will chase the courier and arrange for a member of the team to contact you today with a resolution. Website says you are open. I ordered and payed for a blaster on the 8th of May. Have only received confirmation of order and nothing else! There has been no communication/ update. Cannot get through on the phone!

The clippers arrived quick enough however one of the combs broken. Sent an email on Saturday when arrived and no reply so called on Monday. Spoke to owner who promised to call back. He didn’t so I called again, updated and said would call back. As heard anything called on Wednesday and said replacement comb would be with me that day or next. A week later no replacement, no return to calls or emails. Eventually spoke to member of staff and explained wanted refund. Clippers collected on Wednesday and still no refund. Appeared that they were being sent back to me 4 days later for some reason. Eventually got refund and promised a call back from ‘manager’. Never got call back or apology. Totally understand items get broken but terrible service and would never use this Company again for anything

Ordered a portable trolley table blue tabletop at Crufts. Ask who was delivering it and told DPD. said I would be at work daytime but was told DPD could leave it elsewhere. Sure enough DPD text me a few days later saying they would deliver it the following day and if I was not going to be at home gave me a link to their website which gave alternative commercial addresses they would deliver it to where it could be collected. I chose one nearby. Then I got another message at 7.51pm from DPD telling me they could NOT deliver it to an alternative address. So I end up having to take a day off work to sign for it on delivery to my home before I even opened it to make sure it was all ok. The driver blamed you, GROOMERS, saying you would NOT allow DPD to leave it else where. You in tern blamed DPD. also the trolley came with a black top NOT blue as ordered at the CRUFTS show. Not likely to use GROOMERS again.

Dear Leslie, Thank you for your review. We would firstly like to apologise for any misunderstanding or miscommunication at Crufts and for any inconvenience that has been caused. The product that was entered onto the order, was the product that you have received. However, if you would like for this to be changed, we would be more than happy to arrange a collection and a new delivery with you. With regards to the original delivery, you have changed the delivery arrangement with DPD directly, which is something we do not have any involvement with. Therefore, we wouldn't have been aware that a change to the delivery had even been made and we absolutely would not have requested for DPD to cancel the delivery, even if we were aware of the change. We can only apologise on behalf on DPD, as what the driver has told you was incorrect. We are taking this very seriously and not only will we be passing on your complaint to DPD, we will also be taking this up further with our account manager at DPD, to investigate why the driver provided you with incorrect information.
