“service was excellent and delivery was excellent that i can't fault it. my only gripe with groomers stuff is that i use their shampoo's and conditioners and problem being is that i use CROWN COAT ROYAL JELLY SHAMPOO and unless you dig in their website you,like me wouldn't know that it says let it down at a ratio of 6 to 1 . that is 6 water to 1 shampoo. I only wish that it was marked and labeled on the product so that you would know what to do. Having 3 dogs, one miniature yorkie,and one cross yorkie shih tzu and one cross yorkie Chihuahua I found that it was too strong without diluting for them. So buying from groomers i found that the service and product itself was excellent. just read if you have to dilute their shampoos or conditioners. i would definitely recommend their products that i bought. a.cowdell”

“A good service overall with good value for money. Delivery is always good and lots of choice on items and products. However there has been a few shortages of items lately which you havn't managed to re-stock very quickly such as a flat faced muzzle that i wanted and some curved scissors that were out of stock for a couple of months so I ended up getting the cheaper ones, also I am waiting for a wall bracket for my cyclon pet dryer. hopefully its only a temporary problem Mrs D Rennie (Debs Delighted Dogs)”

“The rating would have been 'very good' except that one of the two bottles of Evening Primrose Oil had leaked during transit. About 2 tablespoonfuls had gone into the packaging due to one of the caps not being screwed on tightly enough.”

“Goods as described, quick delivery time too. Only drawback was ease of use when trying to change personal details etc. I needed to change my address which I tried to do as I went to checkout. Thought it had worked but at last stage I noticed it still showed my old address, which was were goods were sent. Tried sending you an email about this but no one got back to me at all.”

“I would have liked to have known what the top and trouser sizes were rather than small medium large as that doesn't help unless you are completely standard and also manufacturers vary in their sizes. Otherwise very pleased with service and goods.”

“Good prices and super fast delivery. Now for tge constuctive criticism: Your mobile Web site isn't brilliant to use. I lost my cart list as it seems to be linked to ip rather than member log in. I didn't realise this until I used my computer at work, to compile a shopping basket list. When I used my computer at home or my phone to continue shopping I found my cart was empty when I logged in - slightly annoying. When I do add something to the shopping cart its a slow process to continue shopping from where I left off. Having to go back through the web site could be improved really. When something is out of stock (which happened a few times) I didn't find out until I was at the shopping cart. Then I have to navigate back through the web site to get back to where I was last. I missed 2 items that were out of stock - there was nothing to say when they may be back in stock so I ordered without them. This means now that if I want them now, as a separate order, I now have to pay postage. I do like you site and it was recommended to my by my grooming trainer (Trish at cosytails) so that shows that you have a good business. Hope my feedback helps Carl.”
