“Ordering was easy with speedy delivery. Not used the trimmer just yet has this will be my nervous cats and I first time., so I’m just getting her used to the noise. The noise is low and I can’t wait to start using it.”

“I am very pleased with the service, But could I make a suggestion that a piece of tape be placed over the top as it came undone and leaked out and was messy but that won't put me off buying from you again.”

“Fast and efficient delivery every thing good. My only niggle was a promotion saying when you guy groomers ear cleaner you get free cotton buds. This didn’t happen small issue but I just feel when you are offered something it should come with the order. This will not stop be from ordering again. Thank you”

“Received promptly, well packaged and product looks good though haven't used it yet. However, the "larger thumb hole for man-sized fingers" is no larger than my existing grooming scissors so rather disappointed in that feature.”

“Fantastic service, quick delivery, good prices. Would have given 5* but shampoo leaked in transit and lost an inch out the top. Maybe put sellotape across lids to stop them from opening.”

“Rake shedding blade I was very impressed when I saw this had been used on a dog I know and the difference was noticeable. I ordered a large it arrived within 3 days and has been put to good use most successfully”

“I ordered a dog bath. It was delivered sooner than I expected which was good& I have used it twice already . There was & still is a small bit missing. I called the company & was advised to e-mail over a photo & dimensions. Their parts lady was on annual leave & would be looking for a replacement robe sent to me. I have made do without the missing part. I await this in due course”
