“2-3 week delivery time for greenhouse. Week and a half after ordering telephone call with date to be delivered. Greenhouse delivered on the right date no missing items. Good quality greenhouse. Very happy with service.”

“Bought an 8 x 6. Absolute devil to erect. We paid to chaps to do it and they took a day & a half. Door has since fallen off smashing all 3 panes. Door in general seems flimsy. I've erected many flatpacks in my day but this one takes the biscuit If you do buy this recommend you take the Halls erection service but at £360 it is almost half the price of the green house. Overall, greenhouse is ok but there must be better designs out there.”

“At a small 6x4 in size the Greenhouse was ideal for the space we had in a smallish garden. The product arrived in reasonable time and appeared well packaged. All the required pieces were included and save for one pane of glass which had broken in transit. The included base is a must as it greatly assists in the preparation and siting of the Greenhouse. The instructions however are somewhat confusing at first. However once you get used to switching pages for specific information then they are OK, but there is "room for improvement". Whilst I am sure there are those out there who could build the product in a day, we took somewhat longer than this but ended up with a well finished product which is a asset to the garden standing on a solid concrete base and well pinned into the ground (windy site in the winter months). As for the broken pane of glass, one phone call at the end of the build and we were invited to obtain the replacement locally and send the (limited) invoice in for payment. The replacement cost £3 so we didn't bother as it would have cost more in postage, envelopes etc.”

“It took my husband and I seven days to put the greenhouse up.We found the most difficult thing was that we did not know whether the pieces were facing inside or outside and found ourselves taking things apart several times. The instructions were too small to read and the diagrams were not clear enough.It was far more difficult than we had anticipated.We said that had we realised how tricky it was going to. be we would never have started. However we persevered and it is complete and full of growing plants.”
