“The greenhouse arrived on schedule and very well packed. Installed the base on a level concrete slab patio and then assembled the greenhouse using the instructions and the videos, I made a couple of easily corrected fitting errors. Each part is numbered and by carefully following the instructions all fitted together perfectly - really helps if you had a Meccano outfit number 6A as a kid. More screws and glass clips provided than needed, the clips being useful for future glass replacement. You even get a tin of green spray paint! Although the sections are flimsy, when assembled even without the glass it is amazingly rigid. Can easily be assembled by one person. I highly recommended this product, the assembly is time consuming and if you are not confident then ask Greenhouse Stores to install it for you.”

“The greenhouse is good value, and my tomatoes are thriving in it. The only problem was the instructions, which are terrible. If you buy it, make sure you've got someone to put it up who knows what they're doing, because you're on your own.”

“Two sheets of glass were broken and your customer service was brilliant, you said you would either send replacements or send you the receipt for two new sheets, however a friend gave us two from an old greenhouse that fitted perfectly. Great green house!! Really pleased and will recommend you deffinalty. Thank you.”

“Took me three days to complete build assembly but please with the result, found had a different neater glass fitting option once I had finished which was annoying. Delivery time from ordering was much longer than the quoted time.”

“I am extremely happy with the purchase procedure and the delivery. I have to confess that I have not assembled it yet as I was called in for brain tumour surgery. I guess that I need to check the contents at least for any missing items; I am sure there won't be. If you send me another feedback form Say in a months time I should have it assembled and I can tell you how I get on. Kind regards Mike Seddon”

“I am pleased with the greenhouse, I purchased a 4 x 4 lean to, it would be more helpful if the instruction leaflet which said 4 x 4 lean to actually had a picture of a 4 x 4 instead of a 6 x 4. One of the door panes of glass was broken and the small pane that goes above the door was about an inch short,”

“Instructions on erecting the greenhouse are not very clear and I was disappointed that delivery was a week later than expected as the glass wea out of stock,but the delivery man was excellent,it took a while to get it erected but now it's done I'm very pleased with it.”

“We bought a 6x4 greenhouse with strong class as i live in windy scotland and have a child and pets and wanted a stronger class for safety we went for smallest greenhouse because of limited space but as i am a very keen gardner growing vegetables my husband bought me my own greenhouse and frames up ? the reason not build is weather and missing parts but they are sending out in post marked one down as missing parts”

“Arrived very well packaged. Instructions were relatively simple. Two sheets of glass were cracked but we got them replaced locally for about a fiver. Greenhouse looks superb. Only two small issues. First was the orientation - particularly which wall the door was in. We bought an 8 x 6 greenhouse and thought - from the pictures - that the door would be on the end wall. However, it was in the side (long) wall - but this actually worked out better for where we wanted to put it. I would suggest the actual layout could be made clearer. Second - the exact size - is actually slightly bigger than 6 x 8 - which also caused some issues for where we wanted to place it. Perhaps could be clearer about actual sizes at point of sale.”
