“Yes I already have he will consider buying a greenhouse next year”

“Delivery was on time as promised. I would have preferred the glass to be in a container/box so that myself and the courier didn't have to carry it a sheet at a time up the driveway. The after sales was excellent, I had trouble grasping some of the simple line drawings for construction , perhaps photos would be better. However the phone help resolved the problem quickly, thank you. The greenhouse is well made.”

“I ordered my green house on 4/7, I felt I waited a long time for it to come. However it was the middle of summer!! It arrived and was installed by Greenhouse Stores, excellent service. I am very pleased with it, just as expected. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“unable to get greenhouse up”

“Greenhouse delivered ahead of schedule. Quality of product overall very good*. Packaging of glass has only supplier in mind. Part identification poor. Instruction booklet has all the information but the format / design and lack of detail in places causes much re-work and frustration. * T fastener material machining goddam awful. Probably as many as 20% sheared on assembly / unfastening. Four stars is purely on finished assembly. Dream on, if one person can assemble in 3 days as I was told by Customer Services. More like 2 people who have assembled a similar greenhouse before. Novices and to these instructions try 2 people for a week !”

“Service was second to none. I have just had the greenhouse built for me this weekend and on opening the glass panels found that two were cracked and one was totally broken. Unfortunate but this now leaves me with having to get 3 new panes cut for me tomorrow. Could be packed better.”

“The greenhouse is very good but the instructions were poor (hence the 4 star): It arrives in kit form with an instruction leaflet Inside which was a photostat and not very clear, it was also out of date which i found out much later. I discovered an updated copy on the website which was much clearer and up to date. It does not tell you at what state to put the rubber seals on (do this once the main frame is completed) so i wasted a lot of time at the beginning trying to fix it on. Otherwise I am very pleased with the completed greenhouse. I had one piece of broken glass. I was asked to buy a piece locally and was refunded in full.”

“Been here for a few weeks but not erected . Problems with the base. Steve has been twice but now have to wait for someone else to redo the base and then Wait for steve to come back off holiday.”

“Very good service from GHS staff. If there is any complaint it can only be the extended delivery times for GLAZED greenhouses. A polycarbonate is delivered within 7/10 days yet the exact same greenhouse with plain glazing is 8 to 10 weeks.”

“Only one issue, apart from that an excellent service and product Pallet that contains the glazing should not be laid flat to prevent breakage, but I only found that out after starting to unpack the glass , there is not any warning notices on the pallet only inside the wrapping, please either advise the delivery driver to inform customer or put signage on pallet”

“The greenhouse was exactly what I wanted. BUT, the photo copy instructions were far from useful.Dull printing, lack of information, the glass should be installed when building the door not at the end.Door seals missing,self tapping screws missing, please review your building instructions.!!!”

“Very satisfied with my Eden Burford and the installer was very good. Unfortunately there was an error in the shipment so the installer had to stop part way and come back when the correct parts had been delivered.”

“excellent service. Got what I ordered and it was erected on time in the most atrocious weather conditions.”

“Mostly went well, and pleased with the discount. The main issue was having 200+kg pack of glass left on the front drive. It was not apparent how heavy it was at the time, and without suitable lifting / trolleys etc it was impossible for 2 reasonably fit people to move even. There should at least have been a warning about this, gven the man assembling it was not due for many days and I could not leave it on the drive. In the end, I carried the individual pieces to a safe place, which took over an hour. Clearly this had not been thought out. My second disappointment was the poor selection of staging / shelving available to make the space practically useful. After much seaching I found some that fit very well, but these were not from a garden / greenhouse store - pretty poor.”

“Very good sturdy shelving. Excellent final product but the documentation to describe how to build the shelving is awful. The first item I almost had to take apart as the instructions were unclear and it took over 2 hours to put it together. A shame because it is only minor details that need to be added”

“thanks the greenhouse is fine The instructions not so good and we ran out of glazing clips which was a bit mean but on the whole OK”
