“Weve had the greenhouse about 6 months now. Very pleased with it. It wasnt particularly easy to construct, but two people did it in less than a day. Some of the descriptions are not that easy to interpret so we had a few times where we had to go back and undo something we had done wrong. Once built seems reasonably solid and has withstood a couple of storms. Very pleased overall. We dealt with greenhouse stores staff over delivery and they were very helpful and responsive. Would recommend them as a company”

“The greenhouse was delivered promptly but unfortunately some panes were broken l contacted the company and they advised me to get the panes replaced and sending them the invoice payment was made immediately. Very pleased with construction and company response.”

“The greenhouse is great. However, the assembly instructions were scant. We still haven't fathomed out the door stop. I did search out videos online but they did not help either. The product was packaged really well and delivery was very quick. Overall really nice product.”

“Nice unit, instructions a little confusing but ok. One glass panel arrived broken, decided it was easier to purchase a new one locally than go through the process of contacting the supplier for a new one. Overall, quite happy with purchase.”

“Good but the automatic louvre failed to work later in the Summer. I’d like to know how to get it working when the weather heats up again. Also one of the plastic grey strips at the end of the sliding panel of glass comes off from time to time. Delivery driver of greenhouse said he had a back problem so left the pallet with panes of glass on grass verge rather than take it round the back of the house.”

“I've tried to contact you regarding all the water in the greenhouse floor. It would have been good to have been given the heads up regarding having to seal the greenhouse and possible water buts before the rain became it impossible to do this in autumn as the greenhouse is too wet for any sealants to work. Consequently, I'm removing 1-2 litres of water a day out of the greenhouse floor.”

“The actual greenhouse is built well but unfortnately lacks the grazing bars required on all sides to be able to bubble wrap it thourghly in winter. What I saved in initial cost, will now be spent on heating. Had I known, I would not have bought this particular greenhouse. There eare also gaps in its corners so in winter will be drafty. As this is England, the greenhouse is needed more in winter/ autum than in the otere seasons.”

“Once you get past the confusing instructions and the impression of this won’t be very sturdy……the greenhouse is up and very secure. Very happy with my purchase. One of the glass panels was broken in transit, this was replaced with ease. Thank you.”

“I Love my greenhouse. Took us a few days to construct it with some false starts. Then trying to fit the automatic window opener was a trial. However definitely worth it. It is November now so just waiting to see how it fairs with Scottish weather. Ordering, delivery and customer service was all great. Would definitely buy another.”
