“The product is of good quality and looks great, however the instructions are very poor, Eden need to have a vidio on Youtube to assist with construction. The end caps for the guttering do not fit. As an Engineer I managed to work out how to build the Greenhouse, I can only assume that many customers would have problems.”

“Very pleased with the greenhouse in general although the instructions are of no use! Luckily a young man worked out how to install it although we had problems with the louvre window, it could only be fitted where the glass allowed us to do it which was at the back. I was not keen because I knew slugs and snails would have had easy access so we decided to take it off breaking one of the panels. The inconvenient is now the lack of air or draft when it's very hot as the window cannot be opened manually which makes it very uncomfortable if I need to work in it. I felt it should have been provided with a handle too. When the door is shut and I try to open it from the inside, it's very hard especially if you hands are covered with soil. Overall very pleased with the quality.”

“Purchased a Palram Plastic Shed, easy transaction and good comms from Greenhouse stores but shed is awful ( not fault of seller) It eventually arrived after problems with the courier not finding us. It looks and feels flimsy and leaks even though instructions followed to every detail, took 2 of us almost 4 days to erect ( would recommend more people to hold things in place) but once up you can hardly take it all down. Security nightmare, each panel could just be kicked in and panels weak so nothing can be leant up against ends or sides rendering the space useless. They claim that the Air vents at each end are designed to stop insects from gaining access, not the case, huge holes that not only let in flies, bees, & wasps but let in the rain so we had to make some covers for them. Wouldn't mind all the hassle had it been cheap but it wasn't, wish we had stuck to buying a wooden one. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Now just waiting for strong winds to see if it survives!”

“The greenhouse is now assembled and looks good. It is sturdy and is what is expected. However the instructions to assemble the greenhouse were very poor. We had to go online to get more detail. Consequently it took a lot longer than expected to assemble. If better instructions then I would give a higher recommendation.”
