The Salesperson (must be PC these days), unfortunately I am unable to recall his name, was very conversant with the Elite greenhouse product that I wished to purchase. We talked about my sizing options and the optional extras that I wished to purchase. I did state to the Salesperson that I was also speaking to a competitor, and that a there was only £50 between both companies. The offer to 'throw in' the Elite shelving secured you my purchase. Elite have duly delivered the greenhouse which I have just finished installing. Their Production Manager, Phil, has taken my phone calls on 3no occasions and has been very helpful in resolving the installation queries that I have encountered during the construction. Overall I am very satisfied with both Greenhouse Stores for the professional customer sales team, and also with Elite, namely Phil, for his very good installation advise - he clearly knows his companies product.
