“I purchased the Vitavia 6 x 6 Apollo greenhouse for my garden, it was delivered and assembled with great care. I have been using my greenhouse for a few months now and I love it. The self opening/closing window is a very handy feature. The only slight negative is that the door runner base collects dirt and water and needs frequent cleaning to keep the sliding door running smoothly. Overall I am delighted with my greenhouse and received good customer service from Greenhouse Stores.”

“Weve had the greenhouse about 6 months now. Very pleased with it. It wasnt particularly easy to construct, but two people did it in less than a day. Some of the descriptions are not that easy to interpret so we had a few times where we had to go back and undo something we had done wrong. Once built seems reasonably solid and has withstood a couple of storms. Very pleased overall. We dealt with greenhouse stores staff over delivery and they were very helpful and responsive. Would recommend them as a company”

“The greenhouse was delivered promptly but unfortunately some panes were broken l contacted the company and they advised me to get the panes replaced and sending them the invoice payment was made immediately. Very pleased with construction and company response.”

“Cheap nasty Chinese built . The people who erect these greenhouses look for any reason why they can't do it,and openly brag about jobs the have refused to do ,then they charge you £180. Customer service is poor . AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

We do make this requirement clear both on our website and in the confirmation email sent to all customers, as a level base is essential for a safe and long-lasting installation. We also advise that a charge may be applied in the event of a failed installation for this reason. If you have any questions or would like guidance on preparing the base, we’re always happy to help. “Unbelievable value for the quality, I didn't think I would get glass at this price point. I managed to buy this, make my own shelving and planters, install a waterbutt and all the sleepers for around my original budget for just the greenhouse. “The greenhouse is great. However, the assembly instructions were scant. We still haven't fathomed out the door stop. I did search out videos online but they did not help either. The product was packaged really well and delivery was very quick. Overall really nice product.”

“I LOVE my Swallow Greenhouse. I grew tomatoes in spite of the cold wet weather and the self opening/closing windows have intrigued/been admired by friends and neighbours. One neighbour has bought/is buyng his on my recommendation! Right now it's full of geraniums in full flower which delights me from my window.”

“Opener was well priced and comes with good guarantee. Fitted easily and has worked very well during summer months as described, had tried a cheaper one off Amazon which didn't fit the opening light, although this was a bit more expensive, well worth the extra cost, much better unit.”
