“They were great for advice before we bought the product, and the great quality of the greenhouse meant that it was easy for our handyman to install. My mum uses it as a garden room, and enjoys sitting in it all year round.”

“Greenhouse was delivered on time and the courier had a truck to wheel the package into my rear garden. The assembly was nearly straightforward, one or two instructions were not totally clear, but in general was easy to assemble, although two people are required. The greenhouse has been a godsend in our garden to grow the vegetables we do, and the greenhouse is of excellent quality.”

“Aluminium greenhouse with toughened glass. Full comprehensive instructions. Assembled by myself. The glazing is quite large, so I used suction cups to make the handling easier. See photo.”

“Good website and clear order process for quality products. Telephone support available. I asked for delivery and assembly. Both were good, although cost of assembly was high (additional 50% of hardware cost). Assembly of racking by me was easy and quick. Greenhouse with auto-opening window vent and racking has proven to be faultless in use. Thanks”

From start to finish, I was looked after by expert, friendly and willing guidance from the Sales Team and Manufacturer. “Excellent company. Greenhouse arrived very well packed no breakages and nothing missing.instructions were good but you need to read them 3 or 3 times before starting to erect. One area proved a bit of a problem snd that was fitting the octagonal roof. When moving it from ground it twists too easy and can throw total alignment out that prevents roof glass fitting. Adjustment needed. A solution….i had prepared the ground and used concrete blocks cemented into ground. I would advise against this as it only needs to be a tiny bit out and it causes problems when fitting the rest. If I had time again in hind sight I would use concrete paving slabs for the base to fit on. Easier to get level. Having said that the greenhouse was great and producing lots of produce.”

“Assembled the greenhouse without too much difficulty. I had to re-engineer one base panel as it was the wrong part so the hole did not align to the frame. I emailed your company to ask for the correct part to be sent, but there was never a reply. So we just cut out the piece that didn't fit into the frame.”
