“The greenhouse was fine and was erected easily. When I eventually got it. I waited in all day for the delivery but it was delivered to another house 200 yards away on a different street with a different postcode and left in their garage without even knocking on their door. I only got it because the house owner saw my name and address on a label. I (75 years old) had to carry 3 heavy parcels through the streets to get them to where they should have been delivered in the first place.”

“Greenhouse delivered too early so that I had to arrange a base to be constructed in haste Delivery man was belligerent and would not put in garden position and would only prop glass against a wall. Fitters excellent Not an overall good experience”

“A well organised store helps with the choice. We anted a black frame which was available as an extra. The delivery part was excellent and came when they said even though we had to cancel the first one. Unfortunately we haven't put it up yet as after ordering the greenhouse we decided to move so it's waiting to go up at the new house when we get it. But generally I would recommend this supplier.”

“The greenhouse is excellent - very good quality and looks great in our garden. Putting it together was tricky though as the instructions are really not very clear. The steps are quite vague, and the diagrams so small they are difficult to read. We managed in the end, but definitely got a couple of pieces on the wrong way round and had to take it apart and reassemble!”

“Ordered and paid for horticultural glass, this is normal glass of which 4 panes were broken. I replaced these myself. Found someone to build it for me which went smoothly. I couldn’t find how to contact yourselves to replace all glass as this glass is dangerous as it shatters into shards!”

We state on your confirmation email to contact us directly for any breakages within 14 days, and they'll be replaced free of charge.
