“The framework is very good, but with the recent storm claudia the fixing bars did not hold the panels in place and a lot of them blew out i have had to puchase nuts and bolts to secure them”

“The actual greenhouse and the efficiency of Greenhouse Stores are worthy of a higher rating. Unfortunately the installers provided by Greenhouse Stores are only worthy of an even lower rating. The greenhouse was installed in July at a cost of £300.00 and we are still trying to get the incorrect roofing corrected.”

“Good but the automatic louvre failed to work later in the Summer. I’d like to know how to get it working when the weather heats up again. Also one of the plastic grey strips at the end of the sliding panel of glass comes off from time to time. Delivery driver of greenhouse said he had a back problem so left the pallet with panes of glass on grass verge rather than take it round the back of the house.”

“Terrible after sales. A louvre window was missing from my order and the gutters promised to return to fit it on delivery. I have chased and chased . The greenhouse was assembled the first week in May it’s now mid November and despite promises the louvre window remains unfitted. Seriously never again.”
