“Very pleased with our greenhouse from greenhouse stores. Black was the right colour choice for us and worth the extra cost. Assembly instructions are poor and the videos that are meant to help don’t show enough detail. You put one section together to find you have to loosen or undo it to fit a different section in. That said, my husband and I managed through trial and error, patience and telephone support, eventually finding a solution for the roof lights which stopped the glass from sliding out of fixing that were very tricky to tighten. I used a flat head screw driver slid under the glass and jammed into the corner to stop the washer from spinning whilst my husband tightened the screw) A self tapping washer would easily solve this issue.”

“Long wait for delivery when it arrives its on a pallet. So could not be delivered as driver cannot unload it. Returned. Had to cancel fitter. Redeliverd some months later as fitter couldn't fit until then. Day before fitter was due he wanted to cancel due to rain. Strange as we hadn't had any rain for weeks. Having told us prior that he was in the area it turned out he was in Surrey. We told him if he didn't turn up we would cancel. He turned up spent 3 hours sitting on a bench working out how to fit it.!”

“The framework is very good, but with the recent storm claudia the fixing bars did not hold the panels in place and a lot of them blew out i have had to puchase nuts and bolts to secure them”

“The actual greenhouse and the efficiency of Greenhouse Stores are worthy of a higher rating. Unfortunately the installers provided by Greenhouse Stores are only worthy of an even lower rating. The greenhouse was installed in July at a cost of £300.00 and we are still trying to get the incorrect roofing corrected.”

“Good but the automatic louvre failed to work later in the Summer. I’d like to know how to get it working when the weather heats up again. Also one of the plastic grey strips at the end of the sliding panel of glass comes off from time to time. Delivery driver of greenhouse said he had a back problem so left the pallet with panes of glass on grass verge rather than take it round the back of the house.”
