“Overall I am happy with my greenhouse. Some of the 3-d views are not as clear as they could be . In some instances 2-d details would give more clarity. The greenhouse I purchased was of the lean to type. I did ask Greenhouse stores to advise me on local companies who could assist with assembly as I am partly disabled. I received no help whatsoever on this matter.”

“Excellent service. The ordering process was quick and simple and was delivered exactly on time and in the correct time window. Having erected many sheds over my gardening years, this was by far the simplest and quickest structure to build, with one two people. Visitors to my garden are always commenting on how great my shed is and how they'd like one for themselves. A sturdy structure that will, I have no doubt, be around for very many decades.”

“Greenhouse store really only passed the order onto Elite but dealt with the order well. Elite made and delivered the greenhouse , which was extremely efficient and well packed. Elite Greenhouse is very well made but had a job fitting the large sheet toughened glass due to very little movement (very tight fit). I think this was mainly due to wire clips being used for capping rather than the spring "C" clips, which are much thinner. The instructions could have been a lot better with pictures as well as diagrams although the videos were very good but should include the roof and the erection, including glass, as well. I think I would have struggled with just the manual as not always that clear. Having said that the greenhouse looks great.”

“I am very pleased overal with the complet package BUT the louvre vent atomatic opening instruction and the removal of several stud fixings including drilling holes etc was too involved so i have left it to work by hand which works ok . Although the delivery operative stacked the glass correctly one pane in the middle of the stack was cracked,as it is only horticultural glass I bought a replacement pane, no problem.”

“I was very happy with the friendly service I got when I called the company for some advice, and am also very happy with the product (Grow Master 6x6). Contrary to others, I found the instructions to be perfectly adequate. They did take some studying, but with so many parts, it is natural that the construction is difficult to represent graphically. My advice is to study each page and make sure you have only the needed parts to hand before starting each stage. My partner and I managed to get the frame built in one afternoon and it took another to get the polycarbonate sheets in (though I did this part on my own). Now it's up, I'm very happy with how sturdy it is. We've already had some stormy weather and it was totally fine through it. My only disappointment was that the company seemed to forget my order, and I had to contact them to chase it up to get it delivered.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the greenhouse, and the end result when we finally got it in place. However, it took us two days to put together, we found the quality of the instructions lacking and think that the diagrams would have been easier to follow if they had had written instructions to go with them.”

“I came across the greenhouse stores while browsing for a new a new greenhouse on line. I had already seen the one I wanted on another site but they were more expensive. I bought on line which was a simple straightforward process and was promised delivery within two weeks. After ordering I decided to add a water butt and so had to call the company their customer service was excellent they were both helpful and friendly. Because of work commitments I needed delivery on Saturday this was no problem , the delivery man was friendly and happy to put the components exactly where I wanted them. There was a delay with installation I had to wait another two weeks but again the installer was helpful and agreed to carry out the work without me being present. Unfortunately one pane of glass was broken droning the installation this was replaced within two weeks. Overall the whole process of purchase and installation went off well despite a few hiccups and I would highly recommend buying from this company who have very competitive prices and great customer service”
